Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Staff, Great place! Hotel was able to provide me early arrival however due to high occupancy I was not given a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. This was understandable as they stated subject to availability. The room I was assign to has sound renovation noise or knocking sound which was on a Sunday when I check in, I feedback to the front office however they did not advise me on their findings which I guess they have forgotten about it. Rated 5 out of 5 by The best short vacation hotel Great Thai warm welcome and always concern on our need. The best is my wife birthday surprise is truly amazing and the given us the best chocolate cake we ever taste in Thailand so far. The shuttle river boat is truly convenient. This is the best hotel to go out from the busy city compared to Westin, W or St Regis but not that far away from the city. July 19, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Did not feel welcome Stayed here for 6 nights with family and requested a suite night award upgrade which was granted. Also requested an adjacent room for the kids but this request was not granted. Strange to see this cannot be done in such a big hotel despite the request having been made a week in advance. Also, we were clearly explained the dress code for the happy hour in the lounge when we arrived: no shorts, sleeveless shirst, no flip flops, etc. When we went one night with our son (who was dressed in very decent shorts, below the knee), we were asked by the staff to go and change ths shorts to long pants, which we did. To our surprise, however, as we walked back in, another gentleman walked in on flip flops, but no comment was made with regards to dress code. We felt not treated fairly, which is quite painful as a 5-year Platinum member. July 9, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the Nicest Sheraton Hotels in South East Asia I have stayed in many Sheraton Hotels in South East Asia and Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers is one of my favourite and without a doubt. This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and again i was not disappointed by the service rendered. From the doorman to the front desk lady (Japanese) to the housekeeping lady on the SPG Preferred Level, the service is unparalleled. As always, i am always connected to Sheraton. Sheraton Hotels and Resorts was, is and will always be my number 1 choice of hotel accommodation anywhere in the world. The only disappointing part was breakfast at the Feast where there was no smoked salmon served. Other than that, i do not have any complains.\ No doubt, i will stay in Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers again. June 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superlative service From the moment we entered the Sheraton royald orchid Bangkok . Sure, the hotel needs a little bit of updating here and there, but you won't find a better level of customer service that I find here. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the doormen, to the staff at the bar and restaurants, to concierge, to maintenance. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and very well appointed. Will BE BACK !!!!!! June 12, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by 3 Nights We really enjoyed the Royal Orchid river location for our first time in this dynamic city. The upgrade to small suite was a plus and the lounge and lounge staff were first class! Might be one of the best lounges I have experienced for the variety of food and drinks to the attentiveness of the staff. Skip the long boat tours, stay on the big river, unless you want to see large water monitor lizards amongst the filth. We were too busy seeing sights and at the lounge that we never used either of the pools. Some of the store staff from 2nd floor shops were quite aggressive - turn off, but the Sheraton staff were awesome. June 11, 2016
