The hotel was very clean and attractive. However, the young gentlemen that checked us in was very impersonal and did not go over any of the hotel details such as Wi-Fi. I had to go back down to the counter to enquire. When we mentioned an outlet not working, the maintenance staff was sent up quickly. The bathroom sink had NO counter space. There was NO counter space in the bathroom at all. I noticed that the room was marked for handicap, so that may be the reason, but I had not requested such a room. On the 2nd day, the cleaning staff did not replace the coffee cup or coffee packages. Also, I would like to have had real coffee cups instead of the paper, burn your fingers, type. The dining room staff on the evening of the 21st was very very slow. The bartender on the evening of the 21st was great. The bartender on the 22nd not so great. Overall, a good stay. I guess I just expected more for this type of hotel.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis due to close proximity to our local office. Have noticed the hotel could use a cleaning up a bit. The hallway carpets are dirty. Not all of the refrigerators in the rooms keep food cold enough even on the highest setting. The air conditioning system is hard to regulate. Either too cold or too hot. What would be good is to have a microwave available in the suite. Seeing so many families at this hotel, I would think they would appreciate the added convenience as well

Only two very small complaints. Checkin was slow and there was no one at the Starwood preferred counter, although the staff was pleasant.
No lights on at the pool during the hours that it was open in the evening.

I'm making this a list:
1. I was charged incorrectly for my room stay (3rd time this has happened) - No one proactively assisted me until after I called 4 times to rectify the issues.
2. AC wasn't working (but was repaired)
3. Toilet was constantly running
4. Tub stopper didn't securely close preventing a bath from being taken (thank goodness for showers)
5. Good: The in room dining was great. The food was delicious and the staff in the restaurant was very professional & kind.

I stayed here for a conference for 2 nights. My room was in a good location and clean but the refridgerator made a very loud buzzing sound and was not working. I didn't need it so turned it off. On the 2nd day, after a long day of attending lectures, I returned to my room at 5:30 to find the room had not been made up and nothing replenished. Called to report. They offered to send someone up. This was too late and not acceptable - should not have been overlooked. Very disappointing for a Sheraton.

Great value hotel. I have stayed at this property at least 7 or 8 times over the past 5 years and the service is always consistently great. Only problems with this stay was that the hot water wasn't working on our last day of the stay (but resolved fairly quickly) and a hockey tournament was taking place next door so there were a lot of rowdy kids on every floor in the hotel at all hours of the night and the staff seemed overwhelmed in trying to handle them.

Good hotel at a great price. This was third year in a row attending a pageant at this facility. One of my favorite hotels.

I've stayed here many times but some details were lost on this stay unfortunately. My keys did not work after I was told I had to pay for internet for the first time. The 'quiet please' tag for the door was ripped in half and the shower drain was broke. Although I like this hotel it was a little frustrating for what they charge and promote themselves as an upscale hotel to have these issues. I will try again to see if there are improvements.

We had a lot of problems sorting out room issues with the staff. Although polite enough to discuss with, the overall experience was not something I would want to repeat.
The lobby was nice, but I didn't get the overall level of support or attention to detail in the room maintenance or cleanliness of the fitness facility I'd expect from a Sheraton. The front desk staff was nice, but the Starbucks staff was certainly not.
Overall not a great experience from Sheraton or this hotel.

The room was nice and clean, although, the bed was very hard in my opinion. Also the refrigerator was difficult to get to and I would have liked a microwave in the room but I realize the purpose there is so you will use their highly overpriced restaurant which I chose not to do! Also the Pool was not heated and the Jacuzzi was not in working order The Jets were not working. It was a big let down considering how beautiful the pool and Jacuzzi look.

We have stayed at this hotel the past 3 years for an event held there. This year the service throughout the hotel was very poor and definitely no where to standard.
When arriving there was one person at the desk for check in. We saw one bellman helping someone with their bags when we pulled up to the hotel but then he seemed to have disappeared. We couldn't even get a cart to bring up the items to our rooms. Room service was awful we ordered dinner they shorted us on drinks and sides. Our breakfast that we ordered to our room from the paper you leave outside your door was brought over 35 minutes later than requested and only brought up after we called. We were about to cancel it as we had an event to go to - we had to eat our breakfast in less than 10 minutes so we wouldn't be late. The pillows inside the pillowcase were filthy. There was no hair dryer in our room.
The restaurant was closed so we ate at the bar and the poor bartender had to be running back and forth doing everything.
There was another group at the hotel besides ours so it was very disappointing that they did not staff accordingly.
As mentioned before we have stayed here for the past 3 years so we were very shocked to have this kind of service especially from a Sheraton Hotel

I stay here several times a year for business and it is has been wonderful but this time I had room 644 and it was directly over the freeway. The noise was terrible. Because I had arrived late it wasn't possible to switch rooms. Sirens, trucks, motorcycles and car noises screamed all night.
Stay in an interior room.

From the time I walked in the front door I was met with smiles, courtesy and warmth. Every staff member from the front desk to the server in the SPG lounge seemed to love being of service and were genuine in their normal speech patterns. Never like what I refer to as the sing-song speech patterns which come from many in the service industry. Nicely done, Sheraton Maitland! Looking forward to bringing my family back there in just a few days. Thanks for a great hotel stay!

We made arrangements for our daughters and families to stay with us so they could run in a Disney 10 miler. The ride to the theme parks is not more than 30 min. without traffic so the hotel was convenient. It is also near Wekiwa park and Kelly Park (family tubing)if you want some outdoor time. Pam and Jonathan at the front desk. were very helpful setting up adjoining rooms and adding a day to our stay. The barmaid and waitresses were also very friendly. We had snacks and a breakfast that were very good. Kudos also to the attendants in the Club lounge. We enjoyed chatting with them and their service was super. Every room has a balcony although some are only wide enough to stand and look out. (I was able to dry our swim suits there on a rack unobtrusively.)The pool has a horizontal shower across the deep end and water spouts along the sides. Our grand kids loved it. The "grotto" hot tub was very attractive. Great place all around!

Staff was very helpful at check-in. The room was very comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. The only issue I had was I did see some ants crawling around in the room. I am not squeamish so it wasn't a big deal.

Our family was promised rooms on the same floor because our family wedding was held in Banquet Rm. Did not happen. We were promised reduced rates - everyone had different rates. Carpets filthy. Banquet food and restaurant food was awful. Rm keys kept failing - met many other guests with similar issues.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I was please at check-in to hear that this time I would be on the Club floor. However, it turned out to be a huge hassle. I think we had to exchange our keys like 10 times in two days because. The front desk told us it was a glitch or our cell phones were causing it, etc, but I have never had this problem anywhere else! I love staying here and will continue staying here but the key card thing should be resolved!

I would have like to have room service; the hotel didn't seem to have it; only breakfast pre-order requests. The in room coffee maker was filthy and the room a little dusty. The telephone needed a little cleaning. The bed was very comfortable; the restaurant dining experience was good; especially liked the breakfast, and the lunch (salad/sandwich/dessert) buffet. The omelet chef was great; front desk staff were efficient, courteous and attentive.

I stay here for work and because I get Starwood points but for those two factors I would say this hotel is overpriced for what you receive. Something is always wrong. Last time, there was no water in the room. This time the power went out and when the power came back on my phone and TV didn't work. When I called downstairs on my cell phone, the line was continuously busy. I finally got through and has to wait for someone to come fix my TV.

This Sheraton is conveniently located to
I-4 for easy access to Disney attractions, Sea World and local neighborhoods. The hotel has a large comfy resturant/lounge area. Nice size pool and fitness room. Enjoyed my stay and will return next time i'm in the Orlando area.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Orlando, which is two to three times a year. The staff is always very helpful and I always enjoy visiting with Chris in the lounge! However this particular stay was a bit noisy. there was a leak in a room two doors down so they had 3 large industrial fans in the hallway for 3 of the 5 days I was there drying the carpets. I still recommend this hotel...I just didn't get as much sleep as I usually do.

This hotel met all of my business hotel needs. It has very comfortable beds for a great night sleeping. The hotel doors are solid but quiet when closing to not disturb others still in bed. The amenities are great especially the complementary water in the room each day! I will be booking all my travel nights at this hotel.

Water pressure in rooms was poor. Carpet in hallways could use an upgrade as well as the furniture in the rooms.
Club level breakfast was good. Pool was a great size, but landscaping could use an upgrade.

I do not write many reviews, nor do I complain much, but I was very unsatisfied with the manner in which the management handled a situation of NO running water in the bathrooms. They did not notify the guests of the situation, and when I called the front desk to ask if they were aware, their response was " yes we know, if you need to take a shower we can let you use another room to shower in". That response was from the front desk, as well as the front office manager. I was offended by their lack of concern and hospitality by nonchalantly telling me to use another room to shower if I "needed to". They acted as if they did not care, so I checked out and went to another hotel to shower and continue my vacation. I was also charged a "room cleaning" fee in which services were not rendered. Never going back. Even I am embaressed to call that place a Sheraton.

This was our 2nd stay at this facility, this time along with my parents. The rate that was confirmed over the phone was not set up properly and we spent hours trying to get it revised once we arrived (and never received what was promised). Hotel facilities show a lot of wear and tear. Staff doesn't act as though they are willing to help unless you ask, ask, beg, ask some more... and then we got a portion of what we were promised.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 days this year. The staff is incredible. My swipe room key didn't work due to contact w/ my cell phone. A maintenance man took me to the front desk to get it rekeyed. Restaurant worked to ensure gluten free meal was available. Club room attendants are wonderful. The front desk people are also courteous and accommodated me with regard to location of room and floor. Love it! Returning in 3 weeks.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. For the most part the room was neat, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Only negatives were: room service dishes and trays from other peoples rooms were left in the hallways far to long. The complimentary breakfast in the club room was lacking. Only hard boilded eggs, fruit and cereal. Hot oatmeal was empty and not kept stocked.

I stay at this hotel every few months as it is great location in relation to the office I am traveling to. This is the first time that the room seemed in dire need of refurbishing! The room seemed dirty which may have been the scared tables and stained carpet...but I am also a bit obsessive about germs and wipe down the light switchs, faucets, door knobs, remote, etc with a Clorox wipe - when they come up black I have issues.

Rooms and hallways are very dirty. Carpet throughout hotel is dirty as well. Bathroom door in room does not lock. We are required to stay at this hotel from year to year with a group we are with. The bathroom doors did not lock the year before either. We asked for an extra blanket which the hotel was unable to supply. The breakfast was horrible. We were very disappointed.

Everyone at this hotal was very very helpful. However, your computers need to have some software changes so that when you book more than one room (6) in our case. You make it easier for your staff to move those room to another person who is the actual occupier. We came accross this problem at check in and check out. Your staff did a great job fixing the problem but they should not have had so much work making the changes
