Took being moved to the third room in the prefered level before the cleaniness was acceptable. All rooms has stains in the walls and comforters. Hallways had bad stains on the carpets, and lots of stains and scuff marks on the walls. Embarassing for a four star property.

The maintance of the rooms is sub-par. I stayed in this hotel on 4/2/2013 and 4/10/2013. On the 2nd I had to change rooms due to a/c malfunction. My stay on the 10th I had a remote that would not work and a refrigerator that would not work and had to be changed out.

I had breakfast at the Atrium. Surprisingly the muffins were awful. They were not fresh. You should have a much better offering for breakfast.
The rooms should have safes. The only option is to go downstairs and take your valuable belongings. That is an inconvenience.

While I have nothing against dogs, it makes it hard to sleep when they constantly bark. We brought it to the attention of hotel staff several times; however, the barking continued.
The grout in the bathroom needs attention - bleaching should remove the grime.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating...except for a bartender by the name of Deb/Debbie. She was a bit older and I felt as if we were inconveniencing her. Otherwise, the front desk and breakfast staff service was great!

This Hotel is super easy to get to from I-4 but has zero security at night and in the early morning - the front desk folks are never around - and anyone can walk in and out- I've complained about this when I stayed here last year on business & nothing has changed.

Good value for the points - comfortable bed. Room was okay but a little run-down, could use either carpet cleaner or new carpets. Otherwise for one night it met our needs.
Only drawback is that it was 35 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport.

I have never encountered such a professional and courteous staff that this hotel provided. They were simply awesome. They simply could not do enough for you. Your drink was always full, your questions were answered promptly and with a smile all the time.

The Sweet Heavenly beds were comfortable for my guests and my family. The lobby was clean and the christmas tree was a special touch to the lobby. When I called the guest information, they was very helpful. My holidays was a nice memory at the hotel.

My refrigerator ran so loud it shook the cabinet it was in and I had to turn it off. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud I did not use it. There is no light by the closet so you cannot see your clothes. The room was comfortable and clean.

The stay was great. I've stayed here several times in the past and the hotel seems to be even better now. The only negative was that we had to get our room key re-swiped (no big deal).

Internationally an excellent hotel, but not as well known in the US. This hotel is bigger than it looks. Very well kept and great feel. Loved the room and amenities. I had a great and memorable time.

I needed a dog-friendly hotel close to Winter Park and am glad I chose Sheraton. I'm impressed I couldn't hear I-4 at all from the hotel!

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and each time there is no remote control for the television in the room.
Also, when a guest orders tea for breakfast with room service they should not receive coffee instead.

I wa charged for drinks in the lounge at 11:30 PM. We were in bed at that time. I explained this to the check-out clerk, who gave me a corrected receipt. However my credit chard was charged anyway.
Poor, and costly, desk services!

This property is located close to I-4 with easy travel to the Orlando area attractions. The hotel is updated. The room was comfortable with wonderful Starbucks coffee. The free wifi and parking was a great added feature.

Overall the stay was very good. The room refrigerator was replaced since the first one did not get cold and the bathroom door handle came apart (it was put on a list to fix on Monday).
Otherwise, everything was fine.

I loved everything about my stay the room was amazing with the balcony and floors were clean at all time. i never saw housekeeping holding up the elevators, I didnt wanna leave... :(

This hotel has been completely remodeled and is beautiful. Everything is modern and clean. I've stayed at this facility twice, service both times was excellent.
When visiting Orlando, this will be my hotel of choice.

We were in town for a concert and stayed only one night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. Would certainly recommend it to anyone staying for business or pleasure in Orlando.

The hotel went out of its way to make this a great stay. There was a mistake made with our room service and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Nice place to take the family for a weekend.

This is my second stay at the Sheraton. I felt my first room previously was much cleaner and smell better. The balcony was big but dirty on the recent visit. Bed was very comfort. Overall, the hotel was great.

Most things worked well. However, the door keys took up to seven insertions before the door would open. Also, all other hotels I have stayed in had a microwave and refrigerator. This one did not.

Room cleanliness is an issue. Beds weren't cleaned at all. Had to ask for toilet paper twice. Room needs a safety deposit box. Plates and mugs left outside doorways weren't picked up even after 2 days.

The only issues I had were with the restaurant facilities which seemed to be always understaffed. The waitstaff were all pleasant and very accommodating but they took a long time to get things moving.

Rooms are in need of updating and TV/Video system outdated. Internet connection was one of the best and ease of use was appreciated.
Staff is pleasant and professional while providing great service.

it is a bit far for a Disney vacation. But it was great for my business up north of Orlando.
Room clean. View of air conditioners wasn't great, nor the 12 inch balcony. But all else was very good
