The quality of this hotel is unsurpassed. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and overall look of this facility. The staff was excellent and we had to wait for nothing.
Thank you for making our stay in Myrtle Beach a pleasant one. Great view of the ocean fro our room as well.

I booked this hotel directly through Sheraton and was expecting Sheraton quality that I had been a custom to receiving from previous Sheraton hotels. My husband call the morning of our arrival to confirm our reservation, which was a king bed with view. We were expecting a good night sleep after driving nine hours to get to Myrtle Beach. What we received, was shocking to say the least! Upon arrival I was told we would not be receiving the King room as confirmed that morning. Instead we were given a room with two double beds, but were told the room had a beautiful view. Employees needed customer services training badly! The monment we entered our room, is when I realized this Sheraton was nothing like any Sheraton I had previously occupied. The room had two very small double beds with sheets that were torn and holes in the pillow cases. The carpet on the floor had huge stains leading from the bed to the bathroom. Our view was of the top of a building containing air units. As for our stay at this Sheraton, it was the worst hotel I have occupied in years. I will never stay there again. The Sheraton in Myrtle Beach did not deserve to be a part of the chain hotels. I would never recommend this dirty, run down place to anyone. They would do good to be a part of a Knights Inn.

Great location, minutes from everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The small issue we had with our toilet seat being loose was fixed immediately. The burger at the M Bar should be on everyone's "must try list"!! The only real issue we had would be the bed. It's way to soft for our comfort which made our backs hurt. They also need firmer and bigger pillows, ours looked a little deflated.

Spent three nights over Labor Day weekend for work and was very impressed with the staff and the hotel. The rooms are modern and the bed very comfortable. As a platinum member I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a gorgeous suite however it was directly across from the elevator. The door to the room has a one inch gap at the bottom so I was able to hear the bell chime every time it was pushed. If you are a light sleeper I recommend requesting a room away from the elevators.
Also parking is a bit tricky since it is in a building with no access to the hotel.

We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year. We enjoy that it is NOT on the beach but has a good view of the downtown area (including the new SkyWheel). The hotel almost always upgrades us (without being asked) to the club floor. The breakfast in the club lounge and evening snacks are OK. Could be better and could be worse. The attendant wasn't always in the club but came when called. On our last trip a problem with the sink drain was fixed quickly and well. Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll go back probably next fall. We DON'T go to MB in the summer. Too hot and too many people.

I had booked a two day getaway with Groupon. On arrival, our checkin clerk Leslie took utmost care to get us an ocean view room and on a high floor even though it was not guaranteed because I did not book directly. She even gave us free parking voucher. The distance to the beach was not a negative for us. In fact it was better not to have the constant cacophony when you have a hotel right on the beach and I liked the fact that we got the necessary exercise to walk three blocks to get there. I was also given the option to be green when it came to not having the beds made everyday and in return get more SPG miles in return. They even provided a voucher for $5 that was honored at their bar/restaurant for choosing the option. The exercise room is great but the pool is small and shallow. The only negative was the bed which was too soft and seemed to swallow you whole instead of giving you a firm support. But overall I liked the stay enough to get an extension for another day. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come down to myrtle beach again.
