I stayed here for 4 night on a business trip. A lot of the local hotels were booked so I had to stay here. Its not the most decorative or modern hotel, but it is very clean and nice for the price. And the staff is top notch! I really enjoyed my stay and will book this hotel again!

From the moment of our arrival until the day of our departure two weeks later we were treated like family. Nothing was too much trouble -- from removing the closer on a heavy door to lowering the beds and charging our scooters in the cloak room. Our extended stay was necessary due to my wife having open heart surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHI). We both stayed at the hotel while my wife was an outpatient before and after the surgery and I stayed for the whole two weeks. Staff were more than professional, they genuinely cared about my wife and her medical progress and encouraged me coming and going from my daily visits to JHI. My wife was amazed at the warm reception she received upon her hospital discharge and return to the hotel. When the doctor released us to go home, it was like leaving family, especially dear were the staff at the bell station and with the shuttle service.

I am a platinum member. I brought my friends to this hotel and asked for a platinum upgrade a month early. Despite this extra business, they put me and my friends in a box. This is an industrial feeling hotel and the rooms are cramped. The staff is nice but they can't do anything to help except tell you no I am sorry. I will not stay again.

Returned to book a conference at The Sheraton Baltimore City Center because of the excellent service given at the last conference I booked there. This hotel has 5 star staff!! The minute I walked in the door someone was offering me a cold bottle of water to drink! Our conference was a great success due to the excellent coordination of Pat Palmere, Diane Abrahamson,Terry Forbes and Dante..(.who did all the heavy lifting!!) The desk staff (most especially the desk manager) treated our attendees like royalty which makes an event planner smile! Service is this hotel's hallmark and what keeps me coming back! Rooms are clean and crisp with the new white comforters. The food is superb throughout the hotel and the wait staff takes care of your every need! I love the location, close to Camden Yard and just a short walk to the Harbor in one direction and the Historical area in the other. Whenever I go to Baltimore...for another meeting or pleasure, The Sheraton Baltimore City Center is where I will stay!

I can't get over what a wonderful stay I had at this hotel. The personnel from Reception, restaurant Waitreses to Bell Guys were above my expectations and went above and beyond to make my stay one of the best stays in any hotel before. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore!!!

Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted warmly by the staff. KATIE! Dear KATIE!!! You were such a sweetheart. The staff from valet to housekeeping were always courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient location for the Marina Center; easy to park.
The staff from the front desk on out were cheerful and very helpful.
The downside is that I have never stayed in a property quite this worn out. I know that Sheraton has been investing in makeovers - did this place not make the list?

This hotel is perfectly average. The main room size is acceptable and my room was clean. The bathroom is really small and the water pressure was very weak in the shower. There were sirens going by at all times and it was pretty loud as a result. The gym amenities were definitely a plus.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown Baltimore. The lobby is fairly standard, but the service was good. When I arrived at my room it actually smelled like smoke, but they were willing to change rooms for me very quickly.

Excellent Service in the Lounge expecially in the evening. Larhonda was great, funny, and provided for a warm environment. I would recommend City Center to SPG members visitng the Baltimore area.

This hotel is amazing! I held my wedding at this hotel in March 2012 and stayed at the hotel for several nights, along with the majority of my guests. This hotel is wonderful on so many levels. Customer service is a priority
1. Brett, the event planner - he inherited my event one month prior to my wedding after my previous wedding planner (whom I also loved) took another job. He picked up right where she left off and there were no hiccups. This was his first wedding (he usually does corporate events) and he executed it perfectly. He was attentive, responsive, and always accessible.
2. Pat - she did a wonderful job of setting up our rooms. All of my guests had wonderfully furnished rooms, most on high floors with excellent views of the city. Many of my guests had corner rooms as well. The accommodations were first rate.
3. Terry, the banquet manager executed a perfect reception. He allowed my guests to continue congregating in the ballroom long after the event was over. He personally transported my gifts and personal effects to our suite after the reception.
My guests and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here or hold another social event at this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly valet attendants, that were ready to help. We were there about half an hour early and the girl at the front desk was happy to check to see if we could come in early. Luckily our room was ready and check in was a snap. The Bell hops were wonderful and so helpful!! We had Keith bring our stuff up to our room and he was so nice! We had a 2 double bed room on the 20th floor North tower. It was cozy, clean, and nice and cool. Unfortunately the pool that my children had hoped to swim in that day was being refilled, but the lifeguard was there and said he was sorry and it would definitely be open the next day. What a relief the next day when we went to the pool after baking in the heat all day to get in that nice cool pool!!! The life guard who's name I didn't get was very nice and attentive!! We were lucky enough to have access to the club lounge, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning very much!! We had one attendant there that was so friendly and helpful even when breakfast was almost over and she was cleaning up! Her name was Veronica. What a sweet and helpful lady!!! Our towels were picked up and replaced every day and all of the house keeping staff was excellent even in the hall ways where they always had bright smiley faces and willing to let you use the elevator before them!! I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel I believe it is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced!!! On our way out my children were met by Keith who was happy to fish the cookies they wanted out of the cookie jar and even showed them his magic trick with the spinning door!! Even on our way out the staff was still making us smile!! If I ever have the chance to come back to Baltimore I would without doubt book here again!!! I will absolutely suggest it to my friends who I know will be visiting too!!! Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay!!!!!:)

Overall, it was not a bad experience. I came from NY to an event which was across the street. The room carpet had stains on it. I was surprised that there were no toothbrushes, tooth paste, Microwave, or minifridge. Only the Valet showed any courtesy. I was not greeted by any staff. I would reccomend this hotel for some one who needs to be in that area, or needs a pet friendly hotel. The best part of my stay was the very comfortable bed, and the television. I've stayed at a local hotel near my home while having repairs on my house; and it was much smaller, but offered a nice complimentary Breakfast, as well as all the room amenities people need as far as hygiene and grooming etc. and the staff actually spoke to us.

I have been a regular guest for the past 13 months and all what I can say is thanks to the staff for making my second home a great place to live. The hotel location is very convenient and just across the street of the client I am working for. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help, I like the access to the lounge where I can have breakfast or something for dinner without leaving the hotel. I can definitely recommend the service here and I am planning to return as a guest for as long as my current assignment is up.

The room was disgusting. Dust caked EVERY lampshade in the room and bathroom. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was clogged with lint/dust. The AC unit was also COVERED with lint/dust, and whatever else was growing on it. 18th floor, and the windows opened! About 8 inches on the left side and ALL THE WAY, ABOUT 3 FEET, on the right!! I'm glad I was not traveling with curious children, that might of opened that window, as the pool was below. Dirt and dead bugs on the window sill. The mattress pad on the bed was not fitted to the mattress, it was just laid on top under the bottom sheet. Every time you moved, it did also, and bunched up, made for a VERY uncomfortable sleep. The desk chair had dried up food on the seat. THE WORST HOTEL ROOM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the past couple of years and have stayed many times this year. In addition I have found my self in other hotels in other cities many times. I am compelled to compliment this hotels entire staff on their performance. From the gentlemen that greet and assist you at the entrance,
to the people that check you in they are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the people that make that happen are also very friendly. The woman from the business travel department ( Ms. Lansaw) has been outstanding. She is attentive, helpful, accommodating and always prompt, I cannot say enough as to how satisfied I have been with her. In addition I have recommended this hotel to several friends, who I know have been equally satisfied. When in Baltimore I will be staying here.

My experience with this hotel was wonderful! Andy is the man! Love him! He's very nice and friendly and treated me and my family like royalty! Andy thank you! The hotel is clean and all of the staff is amazing and so friendly! Rooms are comfy! I stayed on the club level, loved it but thought the room was a small compared to other rooms I had before. The only thing I would've like was an indoor pool and a bathroom in the Club level drink and snack room.

We didn't come to Baltimore for a vacation, or even work, we were here for medical reasons at Johns Hopkins. What we experienced with the Sheraton Hotel was amazing! They treated us like we were royalty!
Everyone from the bell men to the cleaning personell were so friendly and helpful! We couldn't belive the treatment we received. Everything was above our expectations. We appriciate everything and will definatly be staying here again!!

I stayed in Starwood hotels over 100 nights in 2012. As a Platinum member, I booked this hotel using points. Although the hallways needed redecorating, we were upgraded to a nice corner room. I have to say the staff at this hotel was the friendliest I have ever encountered, from check-in to the club lounge to the bellman welcoming us back each time. Kudos to management!

My group held an event at this hotel on March 23, 2012, and everyone was very helpful. Pat was very delightful with the group reservations, Brett paid attention to every detail with the banquet details, and Terry and his crew were available in a moment's notice to tackle any request we made. The room was handsome; but the first night, it took much running the tap to get hot water. Much rust came out.
The last night was very cold outside and the register was just too small to get the room warm even when running constantly. (Temperature in the room 64).
BUT the staff was excellent. Khaldoun, the engineer, and Brittany Singh, the desk manager, were outstanding.

A wonderful place to stay and an easy walk to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. Katie checked us in and was a smiling and friendly greeter for the hotel...she gets VERY high marks!
FYI: There is a parking garage three blocks prior to the hotel on Fayette St...we parked there for literally half the price of the hotel parking.

From the time I steeped into your lobby, Andy worked to make my dfamily comfortable. The initial room was too small. Andy worked until he was able to find a suite. Due to the fact that a large group had just checked out, suites were not readily available. Andy told me that he would do his best and he did. I was in a suite , witin a couple of hours. Thank you.

Our large luncheon was easily handled by the Sheraton staff, even though there was a transition when a former event planner left. Brett, in his new position, handled things with ease, meeting all of our groups needs. The chef and staff members were very attentive to all of our needs, and because of this attention to detail, our 400 attendees were pleased!

Check in was fast, professional and extremely friendly. We were given an upper floor, the room was very nice. Also very clean! I forgot to check pillows, they are down filled unless you request hypoallergenic, started our first day with swollen eyes, had to take benedryl. Staff changed them and the down blanket,it took a desk visit and a phone call. I agree streets here are noisy, but being on upper floors helps. I would stay again, felt the great staff was their biggest plus.

I would like to recognize Larhonda Wilson for excellent customer service and her wonderful and welcoming personality. She is one of the primary reasons why I frequent this particular property. She has excellent customer service skills and is very warm and inviting to all guests in the club lounge. I have had issues with this property in the past; however with staff like Larhonda it makes my experience definitely more enjoyable and keeps me coming back. Great Job and keep up the good work.

This hotel is in a good location; reasonably priced and within a pleasant walking distance to the harbor. Conference facilities and service were outstanding. Hotel gym is much better than most. Service is very good. Restaurant and lounge are inviting.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The entire staff (bell men, concierge, front desk reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) all greeted us warmly and said "Hi" or wished us well every time we passed them in the hallways. In particular, we can't say enough about Santia Singh at the front desk. She greeted us upon our arrival and inquired about our visit. We were there for our wedding anniversary and to see the Yankees-Orioles game. She recommended a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (LaScala, excellent choice!) and even made reservations for us. We checked into our room and had a view of Camden Yards. After we went out on the town for the night, we came back to our room to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, compliments of Santia and the Sheraton! Talk about making people feel special! All in all, it was a fantastic trip to Baltimore and we will definitely be going back, and will definitely be staying at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center!
