I liked the room and the staff was very helpful. Windows 8 is a disaster.

When you arrive inside this hotel, the most wonderfully helpful people will be at the front desk. If you are fortunate enough to check in when CeCe is working, you will be delighted.

I arrived at hotel very late. The room I reserved a month had been given away to another person. The person who checked me in did not tell me until I had to come back downstairs to complain.He acted as if I was bothering him for the hotel's mistake. I couldn't utilize the room phone because there were any numbers on it. I was charged for breakfast even though I made sure it was included in my room price and there was bugs. The interior of the room definitely needs an upgrade. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

This place should not be a Starwood rated hotel. Very run down. Arrived at our room at 4;00 PM check-in and house keeping had not yet cleaned the room. When house keeping did arrive they acted like they were put off because they had to clean the room. When we returned after they cleaned the room is was done very poorly. Also we pulled out the sofa bed for our son and found dirty soiled sheets. Very disappointed in the run down feel of the whole complex. Also very disappointed in the overall hotel staff. We will definately not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend this to others.

Our room was great. The AC unit was very loud though. Bed was comfortable. Used the resturant X2 and both times the wait staff was very attentive .Food was good. We paid extra for the SPG club and loved the member lounge breakfast and evening munchies.

The hotel room was spacious and had what I needed - comfortable bed, desk for work, and a clean shower. The air conditioner tends to make lots of creaking noises and woke me often throughout the night. The cleaning service did a nice job keeping the room clean, but they took the dirty towels and forgot to replace them with clean towels, and this happened two days in a row.

We checked in on a Tuesday night and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel appeared to be less than 1/2 occupied and has plenty of unoccupied rooms, but front desk still put us in a room right next to the trash bin and the pool pump - the worst possible room and location in the hotel. This is our first visit to Tuscon. The overall impression we have from this hotel is they don't really care about customer satisfaction and for my business.

We stayed for a week around my knee surgery, and we were placed next to SPG lounge where it was easy to have breakfast in a very relaxing environment. All staff were attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean. We will return
