We stayed at the Sheraton Tucson because it was nearby to the hospital where I was having surgery. The suite was well equipped and comfortable. We ordered room service one night and the food was delicious with a lovely presentation. I must compliment one of the staff members - Betty - what a delightful person! She made our stay very personal and personable with her willingness to help us out with anything we needed.

This hotel is very clean and easy to navigate. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The restaurant was excellent as is unusual for a Hotel

We had two rooms. Both were on ground floor. Could hear everything happening in parking lot, people coming in and out of hotel, elevator, plumbing. Security did nothing about groups screaming in hallway ALL NIGHT. TV did not work in one room and was not fixed despite a call to front desk. Carpet needed cleaning. Bathrooms severely outdated. We would not recommend this hotel.

Mary at Starbucks always had a warm smile and great conversation for morning coffee. Heather and Joseph at Fire and Spice were also friendly faces we looked forward to seeing for a tasty breakfast buffet. All three made us feel like friends visiting a home and went out of their way to accommodate my family and ensured our return. They were true professionals at customer service. Now the bad. I was paying over 100 dollars a night and at that cost I expect a certain amount of service beyond just a bed and clean sheets. A party on our first night kept us up all night, literally. Management kicked out the offenders, but our 4 month old baby was miserable and so were we. We were compensated with free breakfast buffet for the lost sleep. Our second night we needed a microwave and were told it's a 10 dollar charge. Management does not feel 100 dollars a night covers a microwave, even after we didn't get any sleep the night before. During the day and evening, when we got a chance to relax, there was a steady and constant banging noise echoing down the hall. Apparently maintenance and house keepers use the safety latches to keep doors from shutting while they move in and out of room. This created the steady and regular echo of slamming of doors. The management needs to buy some door jams for staff who walk in and out of rooms regularly to reduce the noise! Beyond these issues though it was a beautiful and safe hotel with a professional staff we enjoyed staying with.

Have stayed at hotel several times, and experience has been positive. Fine facility and staff, many nice rooms that overlook pool, courtyard area. Wish all areas of hotel were non-smoking. There is a smoker's area near the pool, and I had to breathe stinky cigar smoke for 30 minutes one day when trying to relax by the pool Room carpets and curtains desperately need cleaning. Did not get proper SPG points awarded for choosing "Gree Choice" option (nfor fur out of seven nights

This is a great little hotel. It is a little older but it makes up for it with character. The staff is very attentive and it is fantastic for the price.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay, had a nice dinner in the dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful & signed me up to SPG. We'd stay here again

I arrived at hotel very late. The room I reserved a month had been given away to another person. The person who checked me in did not tell me until I had to come back downstairs to complain.He acted as if I was bothering him for the hotel's mistake. I couldn't utilize the room phone because there were any numbers on it. I was charged for breakfast even though I made sure it was included in my room price and there was bugs. The interior of the room definitely needs an upgrade. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
