Although most staff were friendly and courteous, my biggest problems were service related. I had to call 5/6 days to have our room cleaned. When I called, I was lied to by front desk staff saying that the housekeeping staff hadn't gotten to me, only to be visited by a manager who admitted that day after day my room had been listed as checked out. One day clearly the staff were doing the heavy cleaning of all the checkout rooms on my floor, but not mine.
It required my family to sit many many times at 4-6pm on the Mezz waiting to have room cleaned. Waiting one day, for toilet paper!
During my stay, weather temps went over 92 degrees, but when turning on our room airconditioner, it was so loud, and useless that we couldn't speak to each other or hear our TV.
On almost all days of our stay, our room keys were disabled, causing every member in our room, and our entire group to have our keys re-programmed. But amazingly, when we did this, no ID was checked to see if this was our room.!
The hotel construction difficult but mostly the window cleaners made noises that woke us 2 mornings.
Sorry, will not stay again.

The bed was great....I've never slept so well in a hotel before!
I didn't realize the parking was so much per day though. Maybe Free WiFi can be included to make up for that??

There was a prolonged fire alarm while I was trying to have a phone conference from my room. This significantly impacted the phone conference. I will not be staying here again.

customer service was pleasant and accommodating to all of my needs. I stayed here the last day of my trip, but will be sure to stay longer the next time I visit Philadelphia!

I love the location and conveinience of the hotel in regard to access to center city. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing i wish was included is a refrigerator.

Newly renovated rooms were very nice. Great view of downtown from the 25th floor. Room near elevator was surprisingly quiet. Only things missing were a fridge and microwave.

I pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly valet. I parked my car and was able to check in within a couple of minutes. Room was clean and had everything that we needed.

I did like the fact that no one told me about parking and when I arrive home there a charge of 38 to my credit card. Wow 38 to park at a hotel that im staying at!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel gets lots of traffic. The registration/check-in process was slow. The rooms need to be updated. We chose this hotel because our preferred one was not available.

Hotel staff was very helpful at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel was great. Stayed 2 nights on business and would definitely stay again.

At check in was given a room already occupied. Could have beed very akward. Next morning toilet would not flush. The attitude was oh well we will get some there to fix it.

Every person we came into contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our one major concern was that we had 5 rooms for a group of people running a race for a children's charity and the special needs children themselves were participating. When making the reservations I had been very clear that we would need late check out to ensure the safety of the kids. When we checked in only 2 of the rooms were allotted late check out, and while that was a nice accommodation for those two rooms it was a hardship for the other three. There was a big block of rooms for runners and in the last 8 years we have stayed at a different hotel for this race and the late check out was always guaranteed for that entire block. It was a real problem for us, and I am not sure we could stay at this hotel again for this event if they cannot adjust this policy. I know the hotel was full bc of the race, but we also know it would not be full the next day so there was plenty of time to make the turnover of the rooms with the right staffing plan ahead of time. With such a well trained staff, and nice property it was a real shame to have this problem.

The carpet in my room had stains. The bedsheet felt "rough" to the skin. My stay wasn't bad but I was expecting something a little bit better for a Sheraton.

The only bad thing was waiting for the elevator. We used the stairs multiple times due to fulliness of the elevators and when your on an upper level this gets tiresome,

Rooms and service are top-notch. Hotel open areas like bar, atrium, etc. are on the haggard side and in need of update. Food available in the bar is downright horrible.

Hotel was nice but came back 2nd night at 11PM and room was not cleaned! We had to leave room so it could be cleaned and we weren't offered anything, not even a drink!

This hotel is 26 stories, and the view from my 24th floor was incredible! Very clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed under 40 lbs. they have a gym and a pool, too.

Very comfortable, cozy room. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room as well as free internet. Other than these comments, everything else was super.

The faucet in the bathroom leaks. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Internet in room costs $16.99 per day. I will not choose to stay here again if I can help it.

This property is a little tired and needs a remodel. The staff was great and the location is really good, but the old decor and finishes made me sad.

We usually love staying at Sheraton hotels, and looked forward to our stay here. The lobby was beautiful. But the lady who checked us in at the front desk started our experience with a negative impression. She was not helpful, did not offer any benefits/upgrades with our SPG status (even though it was pretty obvious to us by the parking lot that the hotel was not full), and she was seen rolling her eyes with attitude when dealing with other customers. On the other hand, the bell staff and concierge were great--very friendly, personable and accommodating to our needs. When we got to our room, we found a wet rag hanging on the shower curtain rod--must have been left by the cleaning staff. This was removed the next day when they returned to clean the room.
The pool and exercise facilities was very nice, and well stocked with towels. The parking lot was run down and needs repair. Some elevators were nice and clean, whereas others had litter on the carpeted floor.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The positives did outweigh the few negatives we experienced. Next time we are in Philly, I think we would consider staying here again.

Everything was just great. Your staff was very good. One improvement, you could make, is have a shuttle for Philly airport & Amtrack. Most top quality hotels do.

Service in the lounge bar and restaurant was not good. Servers were not kind. Blanket was too heavy. The SPG membership was not recognized at the front desk.

Dirty!!!!! Upon arrival one of the bedspreads were sunk in as if someone sat on it. There was hair and black specks on it. We asked for a new one and it took 2 more routes of contacts to receive it after going through Concierges. We went to use the table to eat at and it was disgustingly dirty. We had to clean it. The phone did not work to contact any staff; I had to use my personal phone to call the hotel and state that I was staying there and needed to contact someone in the hotel (front desk). Went to take a shower and there was a small USED bar of soap in my shower-GROSS!!!. There was a candy bar and a pen on the closet shelf. GROSS. There was a hair dryer, unfixed from the wall. Did not use because we did not know if it was left. It was DIRTY. We put it on the closet shelf. The Bedspread finally came and some man brought it, he handed it to us in a BALL. Really. We took the old one and put it in the closet out of our way so we would not trip and put the new one on. The man never took the dirty one. No Luggage stand. No breakfast included. Had to pay for internet. We would have been better off staying at some cheaper hotel and finding parking in Phili for the parade. Disgusted!!!!!!!!
