Am a regular visitor to this hotel - only negative point is the soft beds, but this was promptly fixed by the staff who added a stiffening board under the mattress. Will be back!

During our 20 trainings around 5 countries in different hotels we selected the Sharaton due to our best client. We want to show our best but actualy we forced the worst experience in this hotel. Actualy it was first time what we tried the Sheraton, but Im sure it was a last time - and now even Worldwide.
Wrong approach to the client, Served luch as on Train station, where you have to stand next to plate. Room booking missundesranding, Cold coffee, cold tea, , pour coffee breaks, dirty table, number of participians wasnt matching with a tables even was specified week before. Not prepared with Wifi connection. Ordered 26 people for training they prepared 10 accesses!!!.Broken aircon so In one day of conference I left with a flu.
But mainly maybe 5 calls to I have to pay everything in advance because we will not do anything for you!!!. Now we know why. Because on the end of event nobody would pay this money for trhis kind of service/approach in this Hotel. Very very disapointed and absolutely we are not recomending it!!!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, the hotel is nice but the staff really need to start making more of an effort, they are good at promising and not delivering, its ashame really, "the sorry I will look into this" is used far to often and nothing happens as a result. My issue is still outstanding after talking to numerous members of staff but still no one has dealt with it to date, I raised the problem twice on this visit and I was told that they would get a manager on it, when I checked out reception did not have a clue or an answer.

It is my favorite hotel. Comfortable , with great crew, fresh and good food. After every marathon or half marathon I feel relaxed and I can recovery very fast in SPA.

Employees / Staff of Poznan Sheraton Hotel really listens to their customers. They are not just selling their services, first they manage to understand what the customer requires.

Club room was occupied with a gropup of American(or English) guests.(approx 7-10people)
They brought in food and were discussing about business in a loud voice. It means they were using the club room as a private meeting room which made other guest uncomfortable.
Hotel should not allow certain guests to occupy the public space.(excusive member place)

I spend about 100 nights in hotels a year, mainly in Germany. This time it was private visit with my wife. I want to express my satisfaction with the staying in the hotel. During the stay I felt that kindness, support, friendliness of the staff. I wish you and others always such treatment in hotels.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones y personal muy amable. Desayuno variado pero restaurante quizá un poco estrecho. Poco espacio entre las mesas.
