This one night stay for business exceeded all of my expectations: clean, comfortable, modern, nicely appointed room. Helpful and courteous stay from valet/bellhops, concierge, to front desk personnel. A great location for business, meetings, and enjoying downtown Ft Worth and beyond.

Hotel is nice but the room I was in could use some TLC. The toilet was too close to the shower and had no lid. My mattress was sagging. I couldn't cool my room below 73 degrees (granted it was over 100 outside but still too hot to sleep comfortably).
Hotel staff was very pleasant.

My TV did not work. I did not have a frig. I had 2 beds instead of a queen or king.
Then the shower head made a mess. I asked for it to be fixed. Next day, same thing - but it was my check-out-day.
All staff was nice and the food areas were too.
It was disappointing overall

Room was ok, no view and the shower head needed to be replaced. The staff was great, the lounge /restaurant was great. Doors could use some updating. Second day issues with room key card. But the key card allowed access to the building, don't understand what happened there.

Second stay in a row - maid sevice was a no show. When I notified the front desk that my room hadn't been cleaned or restocked I expected a visit from housekeeping. Never happened. Also, the restaurant formally known as Shula's is now adrift without a concept or a good menu.

This was a great location for the marathon. They gave us a late checkout which allowed many runners to come back, shower and change. We wanted a particlar view and they made sure that we were accomadated. We would have liked a smaller breakfast but the buffet was very good.

The hotel lounge and pool were wonderful. The room service had some issues. The first order had an extra delivery charge. The second order had an extra burger. The third order had several items burnt and dressings for the salads (orderd on the side) were missing altogether.

I want to compliment the staff at this hotel. From the valet to room service to front desk staff, everyone was extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasure after a long business week. I won't stay anywhere else in Fort Worth and look forward to returning.

While this hotel was clean and comfortable it lacked many amenities that I would expect in a hotel. You had to pay an additional amount for parking. There was no breakfast of any sort. I would expect more from a hotel at this cost. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel.

Conversations went on loudly in hallways until 3 a.m. both nights. 50 feet from elevator and could still hear binging every time door opened. Could hear every conversation in room next door. Mis-informed about bus availability to ND-ASU game - somewhat trying.

It's one thing to stay in a downtown hotel that hasn't been renovated, but it's another when the bath room was updated with the exception of the tub itself! There was an actual HOLE in my tub. Very unpleasant and stained. I will not be staying at that Sheraton again.

Took 20 min to check in...new hire couldn't find the front desk clerk or the manager...3 others were lined up behind me...waiting. waiting. waiting. No apology. Nothing. Similar experience to get my car out of the valet the next morning. Crazy to pay 22 for valet!!

We had an excellent stay at Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth, The staff was incredible. All of them went out of their way to make the stuff phenomenal....from Jana at the Starbucks counter to the concierge and the valet guys! I was very impressed!!

Great location to TCU , moving in our student and downtown. Love shuttle ! Walls are thin with noisy neighbors, but the main doors don't slam and the air flow can be turned up to drown out noise. Very nice staff. We will be back for a third time this coming Sept.

I was told I could pay in cash so I withdrew the money from my account but when I got there they wouldn't accept it with out charging a potion to my card anyway. Who doesn't accept cash it put me in a bind. They need to at least communicate proper information

I have a problem with the bathroom. A shower with out a curb, only a hand held shower and a wall hung lavatory. I thought the bathroom was not well thought out. Plenty of room for making it a nice comfortable bathroom. Everything else was excellent.

I resered a king bed and when we checked in all of the rooms with king beds were already occupied and we had to get a room with 2 beds. I was traveling for business however my husband was staying with me and we were going to make a mini vacation out of it.

The hotel was very nice, the room was excellent with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was what really stood out, though. They were incredible. We were very impressed!

I've stayed at a lot of Sheraton's - this is not your typical Sheraton. There was writing on the wall in my room, I counted (3) holes in the wall and you can hear everything happening in the hallway and rooms around you. Not the quality you would expect.

The rooms did not reflect the lobby. The hallways and room had a foul odor. There was a huge roach in our room. The pool was broken/closed and we were very disappointed as this was important to us. We ended up only staying one night and switched hotels.

Every time I order room service I get charged a $1.00 for making the call.
There is such a large gap between the floor and bottom of the door and the connecting room next to my room as so loud I was woken up several times.
Also there is a strong smell.

Everything is great about this hotel except the hot tub was not working. This is one of the most important amenities for me and my wife, so our stay was not what we expected. It is a great value if visiting downtown attractions. Good location.

The room was perfectly clean when we arrived. The staff was sure to keep quiet when the do not disturb sign was up. When any questions were asked, everyone was quick to help and were smiling and happy the whole time! What an amazing hotel!

This hotel was one of the two choices for a convention I attended recently. My stay was uneventful, as in nothing particularly bad happened. But as a Platinum member of SPG, I expect more out of my experience than what I received.
There were no bottles of water in my room. Ever. I had to go up to the Club Lounge for water every day. The first day the bathroom was stocked (including the shower gel), but on the second day the room attendant had removed the shower gel from the shower and did not replace it. No bathrobe in the closet. The air conditioning was noisy. The internet only worked occasionally.
And the coffee that came with my breakfast from room service was weaker than a light tea. The coffee bar in the lobby was "proud to serve Starbucks coffee" - but I don't think they remembered to put any espresso in my Mocha, based on the flavor. Or they used the same weak coffee from breakfast.
I would not return to this location, nor would I recommend it to others, unless it was the last place available near the convention center. It is within walking distance.

During a recent stay I was met by a wonderful staff who made me feel welcome. The hotel is obvious very old building. It could really use some work, but was very clean and great location.

Stayed one night.Payed cash for parking but also charged on card for parking.Said they would cancel the parking charrge on card.They of course did not.I don't think a hotel should charge for parking anyway.That's a cheap gouge scam!

Worse Starwoods experience the hotel is old, tired and lacks amenities. Staff was friendly and attentive, but would not stay here again.
AC noisy, rugs stained, BR fixtures nasty.

The Sheraton Fort Worth hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms are large, very clean, and there is a safe in the closet! It is across the street from the Water Gardens and close to anyplace you want to go in Sundance Square.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is outdated. Wake up requests were not fullfilled on one occassion. Fitness room was small and not adaquate for business travel. Room keys demagnatized every other day.
