We arrived on the Thursday, 1st of 6 rooms to arrive for a tournament, we were told we would be on the same floor or close to everyone, we ended up on 4, while the remainder of the team stayed on 10 and 11. Half of the hot tub jets didn't work and it was more of a cold tub than it was a hot tub. Ordered room service Thursdays night, overpriced pub food at best, we paid cash for our meals the women who delivered the food did not disclose that the gratuity was already included in the price and walked away with a 10 dollar top on a 40 dollar bill that gratuity was always included on with a 3.50 charge for the delivery. Friday morning we are laying in bed, no knock but house keeping just decide to walk right in. We ordered breakfast from room service, the eggs were over cooks, home fries were undercooked and on a 23 dollar steak and egg breakfast they only brought half the meal. a single cup of coffee is 4 dollars. They charged us for cream.
Saturday morning things went missing from out hotel room and it was just when I was standing at concierge waiting to get to the bottom for this they the items in question magically reappeared in our room after we had already turned it upside down.
Rooms are small, food is horrendous and everything is over priced - no microwave or fridge in the room and the machine was never working.

This is my second stay at this property and it has been really good on both occasions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This was the first time in a number of years that we had stayed at this hotel. It was very full with Comic Conference participants, which was interesting but placed some challenges to regular hotel guests. The plus was an excellent upgrade to the Hamilton suite. The minuses were elevators that kept breaking down ; on more than one occasion we had to have staff help us on the service elevators. The only food and beverage service that we used was the Club Lounge for breakfast. Very disordered and not the greatest selection of food items.

Centrally located and very well maintained. I treated myself to the club room and was not disappointed! Great hors d'oeuvres and a dynamite view. Well recommended!

The hotel is excellently situated in Hamilton.
City centers are always a little "off", but the experience was worth it.

My group was treated not only with professionalism by the hotel staff, but with additional courtesy and friendliness. There were no grumbled looks or remarks when the wait staff had to do separate checks for us all multiple times! The concierges were attentive and able to meet my requests, from finding a safety pin to recommending places to shop and eat.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I think most people find that in most hotels...the biggest difference to me was certainly the staff. I felt they went out of their way to make it a welcoming experience for my trip to Canada! I will definitely stay again.

Well kept rooms and very good room service and cleaning but the rest of the staff were indifferent or at best mildly interested. Oh but I must say the fitness equipment is just great!
