Rated 3 out of 5 by Toilet was not cleaned and very gross Thank God I was only there 4 hours and caught an early flight. The toilet was not flushed or cleaned. Very very gross. So it leads me to believe the rest of the room was really not clean and was certainly unsanitary. I checked after midnight and left at 5 am, otherwise I would have asked for another room. if I was staying another day or so I would have changed hotels. April 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great hotel Recently had the opportunity to stay at you hotel foe one evening during business trip to CT. Had a very enjoyable stay from the moment i checked in until the time I checked out. Very courteous desk at check in, good meal at your restaurant, and the room was very nice with more amenities than most places i have stayed. Would recommend the Sheraton to anyone travelling to Ct. I'm an airline pilot and I should think someone that comes into contact with thousands of travelers every week would be an asset to your program and promotions. Rated 5 out of 5 by Airport Stay Excellent facility and staff … I was able to park my car during my trip in the Sheraton Garage for the same price as 6 days in an outside long stay lot … great special by Sheraton … rooms are clean, and spacious … all seem to have been remodeled recently … I'm traveling to Florida in June and will definitely stay here again ... Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't expect that your room will be guaranteed I had booked the hotel for the day for an event. I called and confirmed TWICE that I would have a room for the day, under a special "day rate" that they had, and that I would have the room from 9am until 8pm that night. When I arrived there at 930am for the function that I was attending that was starting at 10am, I was informed that I may not have a room until 3pm because they had sold out and that they couldn't guarantee my room until then. That is SO unacceptable!! The purpose of having a day rate is so you have the room FOR THE DAY. The only reason I even booked a room was because I wanted some place to relax during breaks instead of having to hang out in the lobby. On top of that, then they tried to charge me the overnight rate! Unbelievable. I wouldn't trust to book at this hotel again, but I do have to say that the room and the hotel overall were very nice. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is outdated. The walk through security and to the airport are very convenient. However, the facilities are very outdated for the price. I will likely plan a little extra time for a bus ride to the airport and stay at a nicer/newer facility. March 25, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst experience in 2 years We had a training class for a week. Internet connection was a mess. I could not get a connection in my room, but one of 5 nights. I used the "green" sign the first night, took it off the next morning and my room was not cleaned during my entire 5 day stay. The vanities in the bathroom are the height for a 5 foot person, at 6'2", a real inconvenience. This was my 11-16 stay in a hotel room this year, over 80 nights last year and this was the worst experience of any of the stays. Went to the restaurant for breakfast for a bowl of oatmeal. The waiter told me I could only get it with the $15 buffet. I paid the $15 for my oatmeal that day, that is a crazy price. Why could I not order on the menu? He said I could only get the buffet. I am not sue he spoke or understood English, if he did he was very difficult to understand. . I could have it in room service for 7.00 Over all a terrible experience, I will recommend to our company not to have another training session here unless the internet issues are resolved. The fact my room was not cleaned I assume is just a lack of communication or process of how to handle the "green" signs. Hope you resolve that. The staff was friendly and worked hard to solve the internet issues, this was not a service issue on their part, but an equipment issue I hope you resolve. March 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortand service beyond compare! The Sheraton Bradley Airport is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From the moment of check-in, I was cared for and valued. Every staff member: restaurant servers, cleaning staff, desk clerks, room service order takers and delivery people surpassed my expectations. When I am in the Hartford area in the future, I will most definitely stay there! March 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stay here whenever you can My flight was cancelled and needed an emergency place to stay near the Hartford airport. This hotel is attached to airport. I did not even need to brave the 15 degree weather outside and I received an affordable rate and a great hot breakfast in the morning. This hotel has been moved from my emergency stay status to my regular stay status! March 3, 2014

Our request for a runway room have always been met and the hotel has awarded us very nicely with upgrades due to our spg status. The cloud nine bar is a great place to relax for food and beverage the night before a flight. My wife and I will always stay Sheraton bradley when we have a flight out of Hartford. We selected this hotel mainly for their park and fly package and location right within the airport-no shuttles, just walk from the hotel, via an inside corridor, to the terminal! We were greeted by friendly staff, and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was above average. We will definitely stay at this hotel, pre and post nights, when traveling from Bradley Airport! Our vacation starts when we enter the lobby, the staff is so helpful and made us feel so welcome The room was clean and fresh, we had a great night sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and again the staff made us feel welcome. My wife and I stay here every year when we fly out of BDL ...see you next year! January 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Airport transfer Great hotel/great staff..Problem. arrived int'l terminal 6:00pm Sat. nt. called for pick-up. was told your van/driver was not avail. You would call taxi and should be there shortly. waited 30 min. called again. Told to hold while she called taxi co. They said they would be there in 5 min. 25 min. later called again. Told would be there in a few minutes, 10 min. later he arrived!!!!One hour waiting not fun as we still had long drive to Vermont. I think you should find a more reliable taxi service. Bob was not happy and said "I'll never stay there again" I don't blame you and will try to convince him to give another try (as I like you and your hotel.. January 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The only way to fly!! This hotel is the absolute best when traveling out of Bradley Airport. Stay the night, park you car in a covered parking area...get up in the morning and literally walk out of the lobby into the terminal! The accommodations were top notch too! Courteous, helpful employees...excellent's like starting your vacation a day early. And when you return from your trip, walk back into the hotel, have your parking validated and in five minutes you're on your way home. My wife and I will never travel any other way from now on...we can't recommend it more highly! January 21, 2014

If you're planning to use this location, be sure to have an excellent map handy before undertaking the trip. Signage in the airport is non-existent, and it took a few tries before we found the correct road to access the front door. January 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay. I booked this room at the last minute due to weather and having an early morning flight out of Bradley International Airport. We were upgraded on arrival. The staff were excellent. The customer service was superb. All of our requests and needs we're met. I would definitely do this again as always have an early flight, especially during the winter months. January 6, 2014
