Rated 4 out of 5 by Room near elevator We did not request an accessible but that is what we were put in. It was near the elevator and I went down to the desk to request a change. I was told that all accessible rooms were near the elevator. I explained the the desk attendant that I did not request one but he did not seem to hear me. He finally said there were no other rooms available. Fortunately, it was quiet and there were no loud guests. September 27, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay. I booked this room at the last minute due to weather and having an early morning flight out of Bradley International Airport. We were upgraded on arrival. The staff were excellent. The customer service was superb. All of our requests and needs we're met. I would definitely do this again as always have an early flight, especially during the winter months. January 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff We love this hotel for two reasons. Can't beat the location and the staff are great. Whether they are busy or not at the front desk they recognize us as SPG members (only SPG, but will be gold soon) and most times we can get to the club floor. Hotel is clean and the sound proofing is perfect. It's really nice to be able to stay there for red eye flights which we do often. July 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton at Bradley Airport I recently had the pleasure to stay at the Sheraton at the Bradley Airport in Hartford, Ct. The hotel staff, rooms and other features of the hotel were among the best I've experienced in the Sheraton chain. Add the fact that it is a short walk to airport securtiy and you have all the reasons for staying somewhere when traveling into Hartford. It was a 5 star experience. December 12, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good experience once we found it. The hotel was great. People very nice and helpful. Very quiet even though right next to the runway! If you're planning to use this location, be sure to have an excellent map handy before undertaking the trip. Signage in the airport is non-existent, and it took a few tries before we found the correct road to access the front door. January 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay From the beginning, from helpful booking agent to check out, this stay was perfect. Checkin and parking plan went smoothly, room was ready and clean. Arrived in time for some cheese and crackers in exec lounge. Nice hostess there. Slept well and had courteous desk agent at check out time. All worked out well on a very snowy, stormy night. Rated 4 out of 5 by Loved the Hotel Staff The Staff was sp friendly and helpful. I was there for a class but I like to have adventures after class was over. The staff was so helpful to me in finding directions to local malls and restaurants so I would be able to get my family gifts because I was gone for a whole week! The bathroom was very clean and I was happy with the hotel food and atmosphere. January 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by 84 degrees With the a/c running on high and at the lowest setting at 64 the room temp never dropped below 84 degrees. Complained and the offered to move me but at that time of night I didn't want to. They did bring me a fan, yahoo. I don't understand why a quest has to tell the hotel staff that the a/c in a room doesn't work. They offered nothing. Unacceptable! May 5, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Misses the mark The facilities a the hotel are in alignment with a standard Sheraton, although occasional cleanliness issues are below standard, e.g. hair in bathroom sinks, floor and tub upon check in. What makes this hotel undesirable is the poor customer service. Unless location is your primary factor, I suggest seeking other options in the area for this reason. June 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easiest way to travel Short and sweet. Whenever I have an early morning flight to take, I make a reservation at this hotel. I know that I can have a pleasant dinner after arrival, get several hours of sleep comfortably and then be ready to leave in good shape the next morning. The views are not fancy, but the staff is efficient and generally friendly. I will return March 11, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by The Bradley Sheraton Needs New, Alert Management or Ownership 1)The printer used for boarding passes did not work - again. We have asked on previous occasions, that it be put on a Manager's check list to be tested a few times per day or shift, but you won't listen. 2) You consistently close the Concorde Restaurant on (Christmas Eve / Day.) This is a poor management decision and it is difficult to believe that you persist in this backward approach. I mean, why not just close the whole hotel, if you care so little? 3) This Christmas you hosted the Turkish Cultural Society Meeting. The huge number of small children playing in the lobby, elevators, etc., at all hours, without restraints, was an annoyance to the other guests. A room or special space, should have been set up for these kids, when the problem first presented itself. 4) Some, but not necessarily all, garage parking should be provided on a "reserved basis", just like the rooms. When we arrived, the entrance ramp was chained closed and the alternate site was also full. December 27, 2013

The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service and our dinner was good. The bellman in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. Rated 5 out of 5 by great front desk amid a peripheral airport emergency with police chaperoning an ambulance bedded patient from the airport (not the hotel) the front desk was able to check our rooms in quickly and efficiently and in a very friendly manner. this was especially important to us as we were traveling with a 6 month old who needed a bit more sleep before her trip. I arrived in Hartford following a long travel day across the country, and too late to begin the drive to an unknown and rural conference centers into the Berkshires. Sheraton was the perfect place for me to get a good nights sleep, a great breakfast and begin my day safely, rested and in daylight! Thank you Sheraton for a great experience! October 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great airport hotel Great hotel, great location right at the Hartford Airport terminal. The rooms are great, up to date, clean, modern, comfort beds and bedding. The lobby bar and grill was a nice place to unwind. The bartender, Cindi, was great, she could have used some help, busy nite. The food was good, great burger and fries, good selection of beers. Rated 4 out of 5 by Quiet, short stay Never have I stayed at a hotel "connected" to an airport. Sure, I have stayed near the airport, but "at" the airport? How awesome! I was roomed right close to gates and did not hear a thing! Best part is having an early flight and getting in that extra bit of sleep, because you get right into security as soon as you leave the lobby. August 19, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything is great here -- location is the best thing From the moment I walked in the door to the second l left, this hotel was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff was amazing in all ways. Although everything was great here, the most convenient and welcoming part of my stay was the location and the fact that I could walk from the airport. This was beyond a blessing! June 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Frustration The hotel and service was above average, but I did not appreciate the housekeeping staff removing and discarding the large (20-22 Oz) plastic tumbler (glass) that I always bring with me and fill with ice water to keep on the nightstand ajacent to the bed at night. This is the second time this has occurred at this (BDL) location. May 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Hotel and Staff -- Great for Families My wife and I stayed at the Bradley Airport Sheraton for two nights in May while we visited relatives. It has become our first choice whenever we stay in the area (previously we used to stay at the Springfield Sheraton) because the rooms are fairly large, the staff is attentive and friendly and it is very convenient to get to. My In-Flight crew were tired as we had worked a long day. I believe "Bianca" checked me into the hotel. She was professional and friendly. Thank you for meeting and then exceeding my expectations. Rated 4 out of 5 by Improvement Our room had, as requested, a handicap bathroom. However, the tub area did not have any entry handles on either side of the tub. The tub did have a handle on the back wall but this was not conducive to tub entry. Also, the shower head, which was a hand held shower head, did not have an anchor to maintain height or direction. Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Service Arrived with a confirmed late checkin (1:30AM) and was told they had no rooms. When asked how they could give away my confirmed room, they said it was common practice. After extensive complaining i was given the last room available.....assuming someone else got stuck. This policy is apparently promoted by hotel management. April 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good experience Staff was very friendly. Room service was excellent. Room was fairly quiet. Sheets and blankets that rustle when you move around was a little annoying but the bed overall was comfortable. Pillows are thin and not enough on the bed. Charging guests for parking is also annoying. No refrigerator in the room was a surprise. June 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel was very comfortable. The check-in was quick, and the hotel is very clean. The bed was so comfortable with fluffy pillows, and a lightweight but warm comforter. Room service was quick and the food was very good. The staff at check-in, and room service were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton at Bradley. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff We had to attend a funeral in the area and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was attached to the airport. Stayed on the 7th floor with access to hospitality room. Friday night the young lady in the room was so helpful, charming & efficient. She is an asset to the room. All the staff at the hotel were great. May 6, 2013

I have stayed at the Bradley (BDL) Sheraton 7 or 8 times in past year, most recently on 5/18/12.I have found the Staff to be focused on providing excellent customer service and the accomitations and comfort of bed are outstanding !!! I'll be back soon. I'm one very satisfied ferquent customer of this hotel. May 22, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by not pleasant Neighbors suggested that I stay here because of ease of getting to an early flight. the room was dated, small tub for shower, looked clean, but because it was a little warn, it didn't feel clean. walls PAPER THIN, had neighbors that were up at 5 AM, could hear every move every nonstop word from a child.
