The arriving flight I use gets in at 11:00pm & it is wonderful to be able to be in a comfortable room within minutes of receiving your luggage. Staff has always been attentive & courteous as well. The staff has always been topnotch, but with recent renovations the facility is now up to the level of the staff. I'll be back -- no better place to stay if flying out of BDL. September 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton At Bradley Field Airport We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that Starbuck's was closed when we arrived at 3 PM on Sunday. We would have enjoyed a cup of coffee and a snack. Cloud 9 Lounge and restaurant has excellent food and dinner was delicious. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. August 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great comfy beds Only stayed one night, but the room was very nice and the beds super comfy. We were able to leave our car in the parking garage for the 6 days we were gone. It was very convenient and included in the price of room. There was not any airport noise as I had expected. April 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything you could want and more I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again and reccomend it to others. I didn't use the pool, spa, or fitness center, but everything was above what I expected it to be. I wish I didn't have to leave. Check in times and check out was very accomodating. September 26, 2012

The rooms are OK and clean, but the catering arrangements and plans are a disaster (except for one stellar employee, who makes it all right). This time, the food, speaker phone, and a few other things were just a disaster. May 16, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Airport Sheraton The only problem I have with this hotel is the fact that the bathtub looked filthy. It would be nice if they figured out a way to keep the tub surface looking white and not grey. Other than that, the staff was nice, very accommodating and the rooms were quiet. October 12, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is very convenient. It is so convenient to be right in the airport. The hotel is well appointed and clean. The walls between rooms are a bit thin though. Because the front desk did not validate my parking correctly, I ended up paying twice when I left thru the automatic gate. February 26, 2013

The restaurant was terrible and the lounge service was worse, at times we waited 1/2 hour for drinks and and and longer for our bill. April 21, 2013

The next night, the carpet in the entry way was all wet. Both times I called the front desk and they apologized but did nothing further. September 16, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Hotel for travel via Bradley Stopped two nights at Sheraton Bradley and was very happy with quality of rooms and staff. It is pretty convenient for meetings in Hartford if you are happy to hire a car and great to just get off a plane and have bed ready when you arrive. July 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Nice Hotel Besides the very dim lighting in the public areas - it's a very nice Hotel. The Bell service was extremely efficient and helpful. The dining was far better than expected, great menu, great service, and very nice meals! We will stay here again. January 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to Catch a Flight. It was nice to catch an early flight from this hotel because you are already at the airport. If you do the park and fly you vehicle is under cover, this is great during the winter months because even if it snows you come back to a clean car. March 12, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Noisy poor customer service The room rate was incorrect for all rooms in group (7). Staff never put a cot into room although it was requested multiple times throughout the day. Very noisy rooms,they are not well insulated for sound. I would except better from a motel. May 20, 2013

I checked in to the hotel due to flight cancellations and the staff were able to accomodate me with no notice. May 28, 2013

Staff stayed all weekend to check customers in/out; deal with our needs; restaurant staff did likewise. February 11, 2013
