Rated 3 out of 5 by Sleepless at the Sheraton Aloha, We stay every year at your airport Sheraton. This year something very upsetting happened. When we arrived on Friday August 5th there was shouting and screaming in the lobby area and restaurant and around the business area where you have your computers. This went on for quite a long time and we did not see any security handling the situation. We were put in room 618. The noise on our floor that continued the entire night made it impossible to sleep. There was running and yelling in the hallway, banging on the walls and foul language raising the ceiling, all night partying in the rooms. We had to get up at 4:30 am to make a flight to Hawaii with no sleep. We had hospital work the next day (we are physicians). We will be back next year as always but would ask that you refund our night of Aug. 5th. Why didn't we call to report this at the time? Frankly, we were a bit frightened and did not have the nerve to confront what appeared to be very drunk guests. We don't often have the time to write this type of letter, but we did think you should know in case noone else has reported on this night. Every other stay we have ever had there has been top notch. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Hartford Ct I stayed at the Sheraton in Hartford Ct. only because it was attached to the airport. So you can only imagine my surprise upon entering this hotel, is was very nice to say the least . Everyone there was very pleasant and accommodating, I needed to use a printer for my boarding pass, they had four set up in the lobby, which helped me out just fine. The rooms were not only clean but comfortable, they had all the little notions I did not expect, which I consider over and above. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this hotel. August 2, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by BAD COMMUNICATION SERVICE Husband and I stayed at hotel for 1 night before our trip to the Islands for a two week cruise...checked in late in the day and said needed a 4:00 am wake-up call. We did all the preliminaries with the Front Desk and they assured us all would be well for the next day.....I woke up (on my own) and we got ready to have the Bellman take our luggage (2 large pieces) downstairs and over to the Delta Check in counter....Our phone never rang....Much to our surprise when I called for the Bellman out PHONES WERE DEAD. So we had to drag our luggage down the hall (gave us last room on floor) and down stairs and had to wait for a porter to help us...Finally a Porter arrived and he said we were not on his list for pick up....So....What do we make of that???? SPG Service??? I don't think so....Very very disappointed at the Front Desk Service. April 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by For a work hotel - love it! I stay at this hotel about 10-15 times a year. It's not the best SPG hotel out there - so it's hard to compare this hotel to a hotel in London, Paris, Madrid, Costa Rica, Cancun, etc. But if you're going to compare it to other airport hotels, or where you're staying for work, it's great. The rooms are bright and comfortable, the workout room is good for a hotel this size. The club lounge is great - love the espresso machine, food is good/better than most other similar hotels. And it's on the airport. I walk across the street to work so don't even need to rent a car. As far as work does in a non-major city this is my favorite sheraton to stay in. April 15, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by 1/28/2016 had 2 rooms -1 on points and the other was charged. We were leaving at 6.00am and had requested 2 wheel chairs (one for each room). only one person showed up so I had to push the other wheel chair. We had a problem with the toilet leaking all over the floor and no one came to fix it .Left the room very unhappy after around 1/2 hour. This hotel is the most expensive hotel in the airport area and never apologized for the inconvenience. Not my first time there and very unhappy with this stay. February 29, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor service The internet was unreliable and worked for 5 minutes out of every 20. The TV also did not work well (the signal kept cutting out and going black for about 5 seconds per every minute). Finally, the front desk charged my personal card instead of my business card, and did not email a receipt. February 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing staff The staff could not be friendlier. We had our flight cancelled. Not only did they help us get a room when space was limited, but when the heat was broken in our room they helped switch it so my two young children didn't get sick. They also helped me figure out how to get back to NYC so I can get to the hospital to trest my patients. Great hotel. Nice restaurant. Would definitely stay again! February 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by EXCELLENT Ms. Santiago was a tremendous help with our reservation. She made sure everything was perfect. She is a true asset to the Sheraton! the front office staff who checked us in were fantastic! The food in the club was good. May I suggest less fried foods and more healthy options for people with stomach issues? Maybe salads, etc. :-) Room was very clean. Should have a refrigerator in guest rooms. Perfect stay; will be staying again! Thank you! January 27, 2016
