A little disappointing, overall. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of maintenance such as a towel bar falling off the wall. No bible in the room. I was supposed to get a voucher for each night participating in the "Green" initiative which forgoes cleaning of the room but the staff obviously were unaware of how it worked and my vouchers never appeared. Check-out/check-in was chaotic with only one staff member available until the line reached 30 people and people started to complain. Everything was overpriced--$5 for a small bottle of water? Really? Overall, the value was not there...

Needs improvement. Need to have a commitment to the promised offers and not just charge room rates however they feel like, without prior customer approval and agreement.

great location...restaurant service needs "hard" look. Last day our water/shower regulator blew off the wall..so we couldn't take showers. Lobby ladies powder room filthy,,noted by several ladies standing in lobby.Reception/check-in courtesy outstanding..

This was an awful experience! I am a breastfeeding mother and requested a small fridge for my room to store milk, at $25/night. Other hotels are free, but that's fine. The fridge never arrived, even after calling for it. Then I get billed for it. I visit the desk at check out and they said they removed the charges. I get the emailed bill - they were still there. I called the accounting office. They said they removed the charges. I check my credit card statement. They are STILL there. Worst possible experience!

I recently was a guest at the Chicago Sheraton Hotel & Towers for a conference in a nearby hotel. My stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was very convenient to everything I needed and wanted to do and see. I was there during rainapocalypse (mid April 2013) and the concierge helped me get to the airport despite rampant road closures. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

First night assigned to room right next to elevator - very unpleasant! Would also have been nice to be able to checkout without having to wait in line in lobby area.

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were very pleased, beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. We loved the view from our very clean and lovely room. The food and coffee at the hotel was excellent! Very convenient location to the lake, Navy Pier, and close to shopping. The outdoor promenade on the waterway is a big plus for walking or sitting down to relax by the water, very calming place in a big city atmosphere.
