Bellman upon arrival was great as was guy at front desk. Room was clean and nice. Ok fitness center. Only issue I had was when my room was not cleaned and I called to have clean towels brought to my room and after an hour they still were not delivered. Expected more.

Great place to spend the Thanksgiving holiday! Close to shopping and restaurants. Had a complimentary shuttle to both Macy's which was very helpful!! Had 4 rooms and a great upgrade to a suite, which was a great gathering spot because we had the whole family along!

Our Executive Suite's view of the Chicago harbor and river were great. With the Club Level closed, the hotel could have used more servers at the Java Bar on Friday, 12/13/12, as it was not possible to use our vouchers given to us due to the Club Room not being open.

Overall the stay met expectations. Although the bathroom was smaller than expected, the central location and staff friendliness made up for it. The breakfast pricey in comparisson with other hotels. Next time I will procure a venture outside the hotel for breakfast.

Room assigned with keys at front desk was still occupied. Took over 45 minutes to reassign another room. Was late for a wedding due to delay. New keys assigned to new room did not work. Expectations not met at check-in and caused disappointment for remainder of stay

The staff at this Sheraton was welcoming from the moment I walked into the hotel until the moment I left. From the front desk to the Club lounge, everything was spectacular. Every request I made was met, and really I wish to stay nowhere else in Chicago again!

This hotel is in the perfect location with a fantasic view of the river. They were friendly and offered us a free upgrade without us asking. Allowed early check in as well. Easy check out.
I will for sure use this place again!!!

Different messages each day .
AARP Rate was EXCELLENT Check in SMOOTH AND HELPFUL and early ...very well done...front desk helped me with starwood preferred guest number... organized a late check out for my last (5th) day in the hotel....THEN....... first two days....room service dishes never removed from the hallways until I mentioned it ....they did offer me some points on my account but I just wanted to let them know there cleaning system was not working ... I had two packages sent and tracking said they had arrived.... had to go back and forth 3-4 times between front desk and Fed Ex office to find where they were....always found but with lots of effort and always found where someone said "no there is no package for you ' ....then check out day and I went down to confirm I had the 4pm check out indicated at check in and the front desk agent said no... ??? Different stories from different staff it seemed like each day ...... Very disappointed...would not stay here again and really question staying in sheraton again ???

Came here on a work trip lasting four nights and could not have been more impressed. Phenomenal service from every staff member right from the beginning and though the end. My room also was very lovely. Not to mention a great location. I can't recommend it enough!

My room was never cleaned in the 4 nights I was there for the Anerican Society of Breast Surgeons conference in May 2013. I had to call for new towels. My sheets had several tears in them. I was very disappointed in this hotel & will never plan to stay there again

We come into Chicago a couple times a month and the Sheraton is my first choice. The location is perfect for us, we always receive excellent service and the views are phenomenal!! If you are coming to Chicago you will enhance your visit by staying at the Sheraton!

The heat in the room was not working. Repair took 2 hours including sourcing wiring for the A/C unit. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working and the sink was clogging. I have been staying here for over a year now and the maintenance of the hotel is lacking.

During my last night I received noticed that the HVAC was to be offline. My room went to 78 degrees. I wouldn't have been so bad but I already haven't slept in two days. It drew it out to three.

The stay at the Sheraton was very nice. The only complaint i have is upon arrival at the hotel the receptionist was not very inviting nor friendly.
The conicerge was very inviting and more then friendly. He really made us feel welcome.
Overall i would stay again.

This year the stay was all that was expected and more. The Sheraton generously made good on their promise to provide a better experience than last's year's less than acceptable accommodations. Thank You for making us want to return next year to the Sheraton.

Wi-Fi is not free, c'mon SPG move into the 21st Century.Plus was told it was at check-in only to find out it wasn't. The signal was bad anyway. Hotel was "ok" staff was not friendly but adequate. Would be nice if they tried to be the place you wanted to stay.

Hotel is in a great location, lots of places to eat and drink at within minutes. Room was clean and comfortable, was checked in within minutes of arriving. Only downside is drinking wine at the hotel, very expensive but it's expected. I would stay here again.

I thought that holding a Starwoods card would at least get me a room before 4 p.m. (I arrived for my conference at 11:30 a.m. But the line for checking in was very long and I needed to be able to meet my lunch appointment at noon. I decided to return after lunch, but the line was still very long and even though I had a 1:30 panel session to attend, I waited 20 minutes before being helped, only to find out that there were no rooms available and I would need to return after 3 p.m.. After returning at 3 p.m. I was told that there were still no rooms available and to return after 4 p.m.. My roolk also had a leaky faucet in the bathtub. Housekeeping did not clean the room untoil 4 p.m. on my second day. On the plus side the elevators were fast and got me to my room without any long waits. The fitness center was well equipped for a hotel, although it was fully occupied between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30: a.m
The quality of the food served during breaks, breakfast and at the evening gatherings wasvery disappointing, although lunch was okay.

Hotel offers great location and super views. Lobby and Shula's restaurant were top notch. Rooms are crowded and small. Bathrooms need to be updated as they still have an 80's feel to them. Be careful of the hotel, tourism and the high food and beverage taxes!

The Sheraton Hotel is a very good convention or meeting hotel. It can accommodate large groups with ease. The common areas of the facility are very nice and appear to be recently renovated. The rooms are very traditional as this appears to be an older hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel.
I had the opportunity to email and chat with the Front office manager and explain about our special family vacation , she went above and beyond as well as the rest of the staff to make our stay a memorable experience.

Nice property...good platinum recognition...front desk check in could have been better with only one clerk at the Gold?Platinum counter the wait was too long on a Friday evening...nicely redone...my club room had a nice view of the lake...overall a good stay

One word sum-up: Fantastic! The location is excellent, the staff was great, the views were amazing, and the Club Lounge was incredible (and never crowded)! We've stayed at lots of nice hotels in the Chicago area and this is one of our top choices for sure.

Was not very satisfied with the room conditions. Not a cleanliness issue but rather a Look and Feel issue. Kind of dark and gloomy. Outdated.
TV did not work and need to call in facilities for repair.
Staff were excellent and cleaning services very nice.

This older hotel has been updated into a contemporary hotel in a great location. Rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff attentive, and the facilities very nice. I swam laps in the pool and found it just the right temperature with an outstanding view.

great location...restaurant service needs "hard" look. Last day our water/shower regulator blew off the wall..so we couldn't take showers. Lobby ladies powder room filthy,,noted by several ladies standing in lobby.Reception/check-in courtesy outstanding..

Recently stayed here during a weekend family trip. The location is great. It is an easy walk to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. The concierge was extremely helpful in directing us to great restaurants. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Chicago!

I stayed at your hotel from May 26, 2013 for 3 nights on the Club level in room 3214. Very comfortable room, but the view is what will bring me back to the hotel. Concierge is very good. Convention goers talking loudly and yelling in halls til late into evening the first 2 nights. Great food & drinks in bar. Club lounge was very disappointing, but might have been due to a large convention in hotel. Often the food platters were empty. No water one morning, & was told to go to my room & call guest services for water! Coffee pots empty 2 evenings by 6:45pm & had been taken away when I returned at 7:40. The hostess was trying her best to keep up though. I want to give the hotel another chance, so I have a reservation again for July 30 &31, using points but am told that no Club room upgrade available with points even though there is availability on website for $,. Also told that will likely get a city view which is very disappointing as it will be my adult daughter's first trip to Chicago & I would like her to enjoy the view as I have.
