Rated 4 out of 5 by Why no Internet in rooms? This is a nice hotel but the only free Internet is in the lobby. I now consider internet on the same level as towels--it should be free in the room. Preferably wireless. July 5, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by First unsatisfactory stay at a Sheraton I am sorry to say, this was my first time staying at a Sheraton where I did not go home feeling refreshed. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, etc.... I was woken up throughout the night and extremely early every morning to a sound comparable to a jet engine. Every time the person next to us (maybe above us) used the water, it sounded like we were ready to take off on an airplane. Please check into this, as we love the Sheraton! We stayed in room #2417. Also, I feel as though $5.32 is outrageous for a 12 oz. can of coke. You should have a mini fridge in each room to give your guests the choice of purchasing your overpriced items or bringing their own. I also think that $14 for a glass of white wine is ludicrous (at the downstairs bar). These prices only make staying at a hoetel unattainable to some. It's no wonder I only can afford to do it through the company I work for. My husband and I would never be able to afford it otherwise, and we're a middle class working couple who need to get away sometimes! I'm sorry to say all of this, but I'm hoping it will help you make some positive changes for the future. April 30, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sheraton Chicago The hotel lobby is nicely furnished and has a welcoming and luxury feel to it. The room also meet the standards of a 4-star hotel, with very comfortable beds and well-maintained interior and amenities. In general the service staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the general lack of attention to details. I have booked a double bed room and indicated there are 2 guests. When I arrived, there was only 1 bathrobe, 1 mouthwash and 1 glass mug in the room. I had to call for another bathrobe. When housekeeping cleaned the room the next day, the vanity pack and mouthwash were not replenished. As I booked a club room, I had club lounge access. The club lounge is meant to be an exclusive area for premium customers. But when I went to the club lounge for breakfast, I was surprised to find that it was overcrowded and difficult to find a table. Clearly, the club lounge was not big enough to accommodate all guests. The food and beverages provided in the club lounge lacked variety and does not meet the higher standards of what a club lounge should have. It is not worth the extra cost you pay for club access.
