Rated 4 out of 5 by Some of Sheraton's staff made my stay very enjoyable I have been visiting the hotel several times a year for over 6 years for numerous business events in Chicago. There are key staff who always make my stay very enjoyable. John the doorman, Renee in the Club Floor Lounge and Herman in the LB restaurant have been around for most of my stays. They each have been very helpful and have a kind, friendly personality. Anyone who stays at this hotel will miss out if you don't run into one of these gentlemen during your stay. Sheraton management is to be commended for keeping such quality staff members employed at this hotel! September 28, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Busy Weekend Stayed at the Sheraton the weekend of the Bears-Rams game. Hotel oversold and paid double the price for a nice but tiny room on the 34th floor Club Level. Never used the club, had a backed -up bathtub drain, the phone did not work in the room, and the internet and the "new" in- room refrigerator did not work until the next day. Bathroom was too small and while the view was very nice the room was cramped. No ice on the 34th or 33rd floor (must go to the 32nd floor) Not worth the $450 a night. Parking a car was another $50+ a night. This is not a $500 a night hotel. September 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Watch your bill. We had already paid for our stay before arrival. However, while there, the hotel charged our bank account again. After our travel agent called them, they credited our account - but because we had used our bank card, almost $1,000 was tied up for over 4 days. Not impressive. September 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fabulous Stay Club Lounge a great perk and worth the extra expense especially when you have people like Connie and Rene working there. They didn't just tend to the food and beverage, they tended to us making our stay great. The room was a little cramped because we had two queens instead of a king. No cocktail area open on Saturday mid day - would have liked a bloody mary. After all, I was on vacation! Would return in a heart beat. I am missing the view too! September 25, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meticulous attention to (your) details The service I had (9/19-21) included a few housekeeping details that only a keen eye could have picked up on. My need for a new water, an extra coffee package based on my usage, leaving certain items untouched while straightening out others... I could go on. Also, a woman named Anne at the SPG desk that appears to read minds, and failing that was a very good listener as well. Wonderful stay; professional staff. Good job all 'round. September 24, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by great stay Pleasant stay at the Sheraton. As a Platinum, I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. Location of hotel is excellent. Valet parking a bit slow, just plan to call 15-30 minutes prior to arrange for your car. Will definitely stay here again. Shula's is a bit expensive, but well worth it. September 21, 2012

We came to Chicago with a group of 8 from Michigan and after a lengthy train ride, the hotel was the best thing that could have happened for some weary travelers. The 32nd floor was fantastic with a view topped by none. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip and will recommend, no demand anyone to stay here that will be visiting in the future. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Experience I had reserved a renovated room. At my arrival, I was assigned a dark non renovated room in a low floor. I asked for another one. Then I was assigned another non renovated room, but in the Club Floor, with benefits, so the change was very welcome, and I liked my stay. The staff was polite and efficient. September 12, 2012
