I always enjoy the buffet breakfast and the food in the executive lounge. The service here is also excellent and they remember me and my preferences which adds that special touch.

I was upgraded, my wife and my baby joined for the week end. The crib was promptly brought to our room. Cleaning lady was nice with us despite the extra cleaning due to the baby.

Staff service quality is excellent.
It is time for renovation of bath room and change for new pillows, bed sheet and quilted covers. There is bad semll of the captioned items.

he said he would give me club room, but it found out just deluxe room.

Trying to conduct business with restricted Internet is a headache. This is a re accurring problem. Lost a lot of time struggling with this Internet feed. NO GOOD!!

The air conditioner wasn't worked. It remainded a problem after we asked the staff to help us.
Some dust in the shower room and the floor is broken.

Water pressure is rather weak for shower, seems i found the same issue in all my stays in last 1 year......
