Rated 3 out of 5 by WIFI connection I can understand there is no WIFI connection in this hotel, however I thought I could have the internet charge (RMB100/day) waived during my stay as I am a Gold Member, no? Need an upgrade really soon for the hotel in such a big city. Even Xiamen Sheraton has WIFI. August 5, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by New Sheraton in Shanghai Pudong Area This Sheraton hotel in new opened on Shanghai Pudong area. If you are arrived and worked in pudong area, it will be good choice for you. This hotel also has good view to see the Bund. The hotel club lounge offer good meal and drink. The room is very new and comfort. September 20, 2012

Generally good for business need and the price we paid. If the buffet breakfast could have some more variety, that would be better. March 3, 2013

Youyou Sheraton offers services in such a detail and personal level that it turns out to be a excellent treat and wonderful experience to me and my colleagues as guests to Shanghai for a week. Rated 4 out of 5 food need to same as per menu i had dinner both nights - 2nd night i ordered thai green curry vegetarian - yes vegetables were their but no curry, upon request again rather than making new dish, chef just added some curry on my current dish/ plate, is this we expect from 5 star hotel. Rated 5 out of 5 by Ideal hotel A good choice of hotel for family trip. My daughter aged 5 like the swimming pool most and had a good with her dad. I love the prefect buffet breakfast with plenty of food choices. Room is neat. Most of the staff spoke very good English. April 10, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Stay Hi, I'm writing this to share my dis satisfaction, I'm suppose to stay here for 12 nights for my business trip, and I just check-in today and I'm going to check-out tomorrow, as I don't think the price I pay met the 5-Star Hotel standards. First, I have pay additional amount to upgrade my room to Premier Suite, and I'm so disappointed with the room I have when I entered. Second, the Sofa in my room the cushion is worn and tear out, and it is so dirty and i can see the stain on. I can't believe that i see it on my own eyes in the 5-star hotel. Third, the bathroom is so dirty, especially the shower room, I can see the crack lines and dark spot all over the floor. Fourth, The Iron is spoilt and not malfunction, and I don't understand how's your house keeping do the works and checking, how can you put a malfunction Iron in the room, again you are calling yourself 5-star hotel Among all the points I mentioned above, I have all the pictures taken down in my handphone and I'm going to publish it out... So disappointed, really disappointed with the Price I pay here... May 15, 2013
