Stayed several times in this hotel which has all the facilities that may think of. But in detail things fall behind expectations. To mention some: In the area of bathroom the cleanness could be better, some fittings tend to be broken (door lock, shower knobs).
And especially internet speed is very slow.

I went to have breakfast and fount out there is no walnut. its usually part of my power breakfast. .Turn out that they are running out of today.
When i goes back my room, i have plate of walnut wait for me. i like to the spirit of CAN DO. And its element of good service.

1) The thermostat did not work. Even though I set it at 19C, the room was still very warm.
2) Most guests are led to tables in the central custer although there were quite a lot of vacant tables in other parts of the room. My chair was heavily kicked by someone going through the narrow aisle when I was drinking coffee. You guess what happen next.
3) The TV is big. The picture quality is poor.
4) Staff manner is very good. As are facilities in room.

Got upgrade to executive room. Breakfast had a great choice. Staff was very supportive and polite.

The facilities of the hotel are reasonable good, but more ligther would be even better, as most public areas, such as bars, fitness center, seems to be too dark

I will rate the quality of the breakfast buffet so-so, not delicious. Room was clean but in room 1662, the remote control need to be changed (the no. / text on the remote control is diminishing), the shower in room 3859 is spoilt or the shower head is loosen causing the water to be spraying all over.

Check-in was very smooth, room and bed is very comfortable, stayed there two times, all been upgraded to suite, staffs at lounge are very friendly and professional. this hotel does meet my expectation at Sheraton Standard.
