Placed an order for in-room dining at 9PM that DID NOT arrive AT ALL. Called at 945PM to check on order and nobody have the courtesy to update nor return my second call. Third call at 10:15PM to cancel order and requested investigation to reprimand all those involve for such poor standard of service not to mention poor standard of English. Desite placing order a different order at 10:15PM, food did not arrive as I am writing this at 11PM. Worst Sheraton experience ever.

Should avoid this propoerty if they are hosting a big group. Most of the staff have a massive attitude problem. They behave like you owe them a living. Went to conceirge to ask for recommendations for a chinese restaurant. Was asked to go to the mall next door. When I went there, there was only 1 restaurant located on the 4th floor and difficult to locate. When asked for further information, was given the guide book to look at and decide for myself.
When to the restaurant next morning for breakfast. When ask for cutlery was asked to go and get myself. At check-out receptionist was extremely irritable.

The room was very nice and comfortable, I loved the bathroom and the bed.
The restaurant experience was very bad, bad quality of food, terrible service.
I spoke to one of the staff at the reception and the Guest Service Manager and they were attentive and found an alternative option for me after the terrible breakfast buffet experience.
Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel that needs to improve its F&B services

I went to have breakfast and fount out there is no walnut. its usually part of my power breakfast. .Turn out that they are running out of today.
When i goes back my room, i have plate of walnut wait for me. i like to the spirit of CAN DO. And its element of good service.

1) The thermostat did not work. Even though I set it at 19C, the room was still very warm.
2) Most guests are led to tables in the central custer although there were quite a lot of vacant tables in other parts of the room. My chair was heavily kicked by someone going through the narrow aisle when I was drinking coffee. You guess what happen next.
3) The TV is big. The picture quality is poor.
4) Staff manner is very good. As are facilities in room.

Got upgrade to executive room. Breakfast had a great choice. Staff was very supportive and polite.

The facilities of the hotel are reasonable good, but more ligther would be even better, as most public areas, such as bars, fitness center, seems to be too dark
