I was at the hotel from Dec. 8 - 13. The staff from the front desk to banquet, to restaurant were very friendly and responsive. The staff were well trained and knew to anticipate your needs. My company had hosted an annual event on Dec. 12 at the Ballroom, the staff were efficient to serve the 300 guests needs. It was a great experience. I would like to recognize a staff Ms. Lily OuYang from the Banquet department. During our event, she was attentive, anticipating the guest needs and provided a great customer experience. This hotel continues to improve. Just a very relaxing place to stay. Good choice of restaurants and I have never had a bad meal there. The Italian, Benne is a very good choice if you have had too much local food. You can bring clients here without any problem.
Great club lounge and attentive staff and the chef does a good omelette.
Rooms are spotless, really spotless and the house keeping staff are very friendly.
I can't wait to return to this property in the very near future.
Slight niggles....not many could use an Nespresso machine, room service is a little slow, but otherwise, just a great hotel.
