The hotel was classy average. We liked the room. The common lounge on the 14th floor had an ok food selection. Missed the waffle machine everyone else has. The room smelled bad all the time. We ate in the Grill for our evening meal. It was freezing inside. The food was great and the service was so slow we were on our way over to pick up our order that was sitting on the counter. There were less than 10 customers in the grill at the time. No excuse. I was disappointed that we had to pay for internet in the room. In order to get free internet you had to go to the first or second floor to use it. The valet parking was tops. Warning! Parking is expensive. There is no free parking.

This hotel is QUIET, the beds amazing. That spells good rest! But....I couldn't get the coffee pot to work. Called...immediately had someone up and they made me a cup so when I got back from my walk it was there waiting for me!

I was in town at the hotel for a conference that was hosted in the Chesapeake Rooms. From the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I left, the staff upheld nothing but the best professionalism and attentiveness to the guests. Sotoya was one of the names that I recall the most. She was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed upon check-in. Kudos to the staff at this hotel!

This hotel is in a great location...very close to Camden yards and the Inner harbor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ashley, Marty, Dwight and Ralph all made us feel very welcoming. My husband and I stayed here so we could take in a ball game. It was great, we could walk to the game. The rooms are very nice and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back!!!!

Stay was for weekend getaway to inner harbor and was ideal. Location, very polite and helpful staff along with great location made it enjoyable. Parking was surprisingly easy and convienent.

Room was 76 degrees and nothing I did cooled it off...had the air on in March, fan on high, and it was still uncomfortably warm. Request for "gift vs points" upon check in was ignored (gift was selected but never delivered), invoice wasn't emailed despite my profile requesting same. All-in-all a disappointment, which has been my typical experience at Sheraton properties.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very clean and always well stocked with the neccasary items. Very nice upscale hotel. The hotel personnel were fabuous. The only negative would be the dining. The food and drinks are so expensive that you need to eat outside of the hotel. This is especially true for the breakfast which charges close to $5.00 for coffeee and the same for orange juice. I also think that the hotel should offer free coffee in the lobby. All and all, I would stay at this hotel again since it is located within walking distance to the stadium and inner harbor.

I was very impressed with the staff. i particularly was impressed with the service and friendliness of the valet working Tues afternoon/early evening, the front desk gentleman at check-in and my conversations with the housekeeping lady on the 4th floor Wed and Thurs. She was a delight!!

We were able to get a room for the saturday following valentines day on VERY short notice, and we were upgraded upon arrival to a harbor view room. This room had the most amazing views of both the inner harbor as well as camden yards and ravens stadium. It was a short and easy walk to the inner harbor which made it nice to not have to worry about parking. My wife and I went on a spirit dinner cruise on the inner harbor that evening and it made the walking trip very nice. All in all very helpful staff as well as PERFECT location. My wife and I could not have been happier!

Inner Harbor Sheraton is quickly becoming one of our favorite weekend getaways. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. And as always the Starwood comforts make the weekend so easy!

Booked two rooms since I was with my family. Booked this hotel specifically because the club is open on weekends. The club was open in name only Breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and was so bad we did not go back the second morning The snacks and cocktails were not available you had to go to the hotel bar The club did have beverages but they were not replenished by the second day The hotel was empty since it was the weekend before christmas I was not granted my request for connecting rooms which bothered me also sent a detailed fax to the manager who has yet to respond

Great location - short walk to Inner Harbor. Room clean and pleasant. Could have used a second bedside table. Was disappointed that there was a daily charge for WiFi connection in room. Should not be the case in this day and age - especially for SPG members.

A great plan to save water--green program. However, when I needed a room clean (did not hang the "green tag"), no clean was provided. It seems to me that we were all forced to join the program and no room cleaning for 5 nights.

We stayed at the Baltimore Sheraton to attend a wedding that was being held at the hotel at 5:30pm. We were told that check-in was at 3pm. I had reserved 2 rooms for my party, one was ready for occupancy when we arrived at 1pm, and I was told the other would not become available until 3pm. The room was not available at 3pm nor 4pm. It did not become available until 5pm, which left 30 minutes for my other guest to prepare for the wedding.
Although, it was nice to get one room early, it was an inconvenience not to have both rooms at the designated check-in time.

Location of this hotel was great. Pool was small but functional for the children. Disappointed Wi-Fi wasn't free, our room did not include a refrigerator and there was no continental breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference. I was immediately impressed by how friendly the door staff were and then was a little disappointed as I was approaching the front desk staff that everyone looked at me but no one asked if they could help me. I had to say hello first. However, my disappointment was increasingly diminished as I worked with the young man whose station I chose. He was professional and made sure I had everything I needed. Once I reached my room I was immediately pleased with the room and truly wished that I could have stayed there and enjoyed it. But alas, I had to attend the conference. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the hotel and the staff. Also I have to mention the staff at the Orioles cafe which is in the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was great.

My stay was from a Monday to Thursday. I notice on Tuesday that my movie on demand wold not work. The service workers were in my room for over an hour try to fix it but was not able to. They even went to get another TV and the issue still remained. The hotel was not able to change my rooms due to the hotel being sold out. I was told that they would have the issue resolve by Wednesday but that was not the case. No one called or came to my room again to check on the issue or try to resolve it. I was so over the the sistuation and did not even call teh front desk back again since i felt like they should have called me. Overall the staff was nice and hotel clean I just was not happy with my sistuation not being resolved before i left.

This hotel very close to the convention center and the Inner Harbor. It's a larger hotel and special requests are not realistic to just expect.
The room is fine, the club level staff is very pleasant and food serves it purpose.
Be sure to check if the weekend is open for club level lounge if that important to you.
I am often in the DC/Baltimore area and have stayed at this hotel several times.
There is no reason I would not recommend this hotel but be warned, if you need to extend a stay - the hotel may be full for the next night. It's a busy one.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to sporting events as well as the restored harbourfront. We arrived early on the long weekend and though our assigned room was not yet ready, the front desk agent was able to find us another room so we were able to quickly get settled in and get on with our plans.

6 degrees outside. Room looked nice and inviting. Figured they had the heat off to save money. Heat did not come on. Maintenance tried for next hour but it would not stay on. I called down and they said they would give me a new room so I packed up and went down. At front DesK and the big OPPS! the hotel is full. Night Manger was notified and he found me a room on the club floor and gave it to me for the same price. Nice room and the heat worked! The management team took good care of me after that. Every request met and the club lounge was staffed by excellent help. Better than other club lounges i have been in. Note, I usually stay on the club floors at Sheratons. This one was unusually small for the size of the hotel but the quality made up for it.

The front desk folks barely looked at me during our transactions. It's so easy to fake a real connection, but they never did. It was disappointing. I will say that the two men who stood in the lobby's dead/confusing zone were both very nice. Also, the women I encountered in the gift shop were top-notch.
You can't beat the location, really. It was a great spot for the convention center, walkways to the Inner Harbor, and to catch the Circulator. Plus, Morton's is great. The Sheraton lucked out getting Morton's as one of its restaurants.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sheraton for my training event. The only thing I would have added was a refrigerator and microwave, but I was ok without it for a weekend stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is spotless. Nice selection of things to do in the immediate vicinity. I was particulary impressed with the fitness facility. Small indoor pool, but I was more interested in fitness equipment and sauna anyway. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Inner Harbor to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the staff at the front desk were friendly. The big issue that ruined the trip for me was in the club lounge. I had a friend come up to Club Lounge with me in the middle of the afternoon when it was completely empty to discuss some findings from a meeting we had attended and the Club Lounge staff person was quite rude, saying that we were not allowed to be up there and basically kicked us out. I told her that I had used the Club Lounge services at other Sheratons with no problems for years and she stated that at this hotel it was not true. I asked her to point out on any written material at the Club if this was true and she said there was none, but that we had to get out. Very rude and very upsetting.

The room was clean & just the right size, not overly large and definitely not small. Everything in the bathroom was clean, convenient and in good working order. We had a wonderful view of the Inner Harbor, which made being in the room very pleasant day or night. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Parking was convenient. Transportation to Johns Hopkins Hospital is provided for patients needing that service. The Sheraton Inner Harbor is in a great location, and we will definitely stay there on our next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so clean, the bed linens crisp and yet fluffy and inviting. The staff helped me with a variety of questions and the kitchen was great making me a sandwich so I could get to my train in time with lunch in hand. Convenient exercise room was a plus.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway until the time we checked out, the staff was wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly...made us feel like we were the only guests in town! Congratulations! Building a team like that is, in itself, extraordinary!
The location was perfect for our wishes, and the hotel felt so luxurious.
Orioles Grille was fun and Keith was very accommodating.
Wanda on the Preferred Guest Level greeted everyone like they were entering her home.
Thank you for a great experience. We will be back.
