The food in the restaurant was disappointing and paying $4.50 for a single cup of regular coffee is ridiculous. I think incenting people to forego housekeeping service as an energy conservation effort is noble but only being able to use the coupon in a restaurant with lackluster food isn't much incentive.

upon arriving, as a starwood members I was offered 3 different options for upgrades. We had chosen free wireless interenet. But upon reviewing the receipt...I noticed that the room had been charged 5.95 per night for the useage of the internet....so I did not receive any points nor free internet.

Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a last-minute getaway for her conference at the convention center. They have a good club lounge, though nothing really available (except for coffee/tea) during the day time. Sports bar downstairs had a friendly bartender and good crowd, with good food too.

The staff was excellent-the problem was the club room was not what I expected-reserved my room on club floor for that reason-drinks not available in club room and -bath room was not clean and very few snacks-had to go to grille for service.However, we were pleased with our room. and the staff.

I think that a regular ,3 start hotel would be just as good a this , this hotel was not as good as I thought it would be , the breakfest was TERRIBLE ! I even had to downgrade the test if the nights I was there because I would much rather go buy do outside then to eat at tht hotel ,

My Son had his Wedding at this Hotel this past weekend, Everything and everyone was Great. I can't begin to tell you all what the staff has done to make this the Best Wedding ever. There were a few of the staff that stood out the most, Thank You again Sheraton Hotel.

Excellent location, great view of the harbor, but for the price the room itself left much to be desired. The bathroom was very outdated and smelled strongly of mildew. The bedsheets were of very poor quality and even torn/dirty in some places.

My trip to Baltimore was fantastic and especially because I stayed at the Sheraton Inner Harbor. The hotel is clean and well managed. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations at the Sheraton Club room. I was in walking distance to everything from entertainment to all the restaurants.

Everything is, and was, always very nice. The only issue was that they didn't leave any clean wash cloths. When we asked for a couple to be brought up the person on the phone made us feel like we were an imposition to them. My thought.... they should have left them in the first place.

The room was clean. The hotel was hooked to the convention center and only a block away from the Inner Harbor which was so convenient. We needed some extra towels and suggestions for where to eat or how to get there and the staff was friendly and helpful. They always met our requests.

This hotel was so much more than I expected. The staff was great, tehy allowed me to check in early, excepted a package for me and answered every question about Baltimore that I could have had. They even help me find a place to have dinner.
Plus the view was amazing of Inner Harbor!!

Was on 14th floor. Ice machine was empty. Vending machine was sold out of water but machines don't tell you they are sold out before you put your money in.
Went to the 11th floor to try their vending machine, same problem except the machine shorted me $0.75 when returning my money.

My stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable. That said the sink would make a gurgling sound whenever I ran the water. Sometimes it would just make the sound for no reason. It woke me up a few times throughout the night. I hope you can fix this problem in the near future.

Having been at many Sheraton hotels I was dismayed to discover that this one did not have a Preferred Guest Lounge where you could go and get coffee, snacks, etc.
The hotel was very accommodating in granting us late check out as we had to wait for a doctor's consultation.

This hotel is in the perfect location to the Inner Harbor, and both professional sports stadiums...and The Pratt Street Ale House...should you so desire to imbibe!
We asked at the front desk if they would be able to keep our leftovers from dinner cold for us overnight...well, who knew you could have a mini-fridge delivered to your room??!! That was fabulous.
We have one complaint...the pillows!! We neglected to request foam pillows (don't know if that's even an option), but the feather pillows are just horrible. They completely flatten down when you put your head on them, and because they're so long, they come up over your face.
And we're confused by the fact that the club room is only open to Platinum SPG members and paying hotel guests. We poor Gold members are left out and my husband and I have no way of upgrading to Platinum because of our inability to reach the required number of yearly stays. It seems odd that paying guests are allowed to use the club room, but Gold SPG members are not. Don't you agree??

First, I want you to know, we are Owner's in the Starwwod family, so we only stay at Starwood Hotels. On arrival at Sheraton Inner Harbor, the first thing we see is a Valet desk with the prices to PARK, self or Vallet. We just asked a simple question, do we have to pay for parking if we are staying here? The responce was, YES YOU DO! Very harsh, and NOT Freindly at all! First of all I am Disabled, and can't walk very far, so I had to ask if I park it myself, is it very far to get back to the front desk? Not that far, but it would be better if we parked it for you! I decided to park my self, went all the way to 5th floor to find a spot. Wasn't to bad of a walk to front desk. As I was approching the front desk, my wife had already started checking us in, and the young lady at the front desk knew I was NOT a Happy Camper! I told her, if your going to charge for parking, you should let us know when we make a reservation on line! Or include it in the price of the room. I even showed them my Disability card, and they said they don't recognize disability people and have no discounts for them. She did however lower the price to $20 per day for parking, and upgraded us to the Club floor. That made the difference rate there, of course we know that is there policy if your unsatisfied with your first room choice, it was still nice that she did that for us. Now for the GOOD stuff, even though I am Disabled, I found the location was within walking distance of Inner Harbor, and we got an all day pass for the water taxi so we could explore all of Inner Harbor. SO I would say the Location was Great! The food was Great, and as ALWAYS the Beds are UNBEATABLE!!!

The view from our room of the inner harbor was terrific. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially providing directions to various places of interest.

From checking in to checking out the service here at this hotel is outstanding I travel a lot and I can honestly say the service here has been the best. The room was clean the view was beautiful of the harbor overall nothing bad to say I will definitely be back.

Perhaps a card or notice in each room suggesting that neighboring romms may be upset by the noise eminating from "your" room may helpful. In other words.occupants might want to consider that their neighbors want to sleep at night not listen to their partying.

This hotel sits in a great location. Very close to shopping and attractions. The beds were comfortable. were some bubbling from the toilet at ransom times. The exercise room and pool were fantastic, also had staff there to help with machines.

My first impression was every single staff from the door to the counter to the restaurant was so so polite. The arrangements were just as booked and the bill was exactly what I was told...no hidden add ons. Clean and convenient to Inner Harbor.

The Sheraton Inner Harbor was in the perfect location to access all the action i.e. Inner Harbor, restaurants, and Camden Yards. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean plus we had a great view of the Harbor.

Came for Baltimore Grand Prix; I asked at check-in whether we had a good view of track from room, super nice woman clerk double checked and concluded that we needed a better room so she changed us to a corner room with stunning view. Awesome.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The meeting space was adequate. Sound system poor. Banquet F&B was poor.....lunch was terrible and I did not really eat after tasting each option. Front Desk Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and everyone on your staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with information about the Inner Harbour. Only regret that Monday when it was raining and I decided to relax in the pool, it was locked up at 2:00 pm.

Thank you for a good week at the Baltimore Inner Harbor property. I was in town for a church convention. In my experience, hotels tend to treat groups as just that...another group. There is nothing special done to acknowledge SPG. It gets a little interesting for me as a regular business traveler when I compare my experience as a convention guest. They are night and day.
Room was ok...I was able to have a microwave and fridge brought up...but you do have to ASK. Wished I had known to ask for a harbor view...that would have been nice.
Staff for the most part was responsive and kind. The beds are FABULOUS!!! Hotel could use a mild face lift in rooms...but investment HAS been made in mattresses and linens! BIG WIN!!
Hotel is VERY convenient - a NICE walk - to great food...lots to choose from in the Harbor area.
My family did have a WONDERFUL experience in the club lounge the first few days with Wanda. She was EXCELLENT in terms of making the difference and going the extra mile. I also appreciate Kevin who was kind each day as I parked my car and got assistance with any bags or other items.

My rating is based on how loud my neighbor was due to the paper-thin walls separating our rooms. I could literally hear her telephone conversations and she was speaking at an average tone of voice! Amazingly paper-thin walls!!
