Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than expected but needs an overhaul We really didn't expect much from this hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room, the cool view of Baltimore and the stadiums, the pleasant staff, and the gym. The lobby, however, needs to be redone significantly as it is very 80's. As should the outside facade which is imposing and unattractive. The pool is hideous but we didn't care about that. But again, the people were nice and helpful and our room was nice. April 15, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by great location This hotel sits in a great location. Very close to shopping and attractions. The beds were comfortable. were some bubbling from the toilet at ransom times. The exercise room and pool were fantastic, also had staff there to help with machines. April 8, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Some dissapointments My room had a bathroom sink that bubbled up water and drained slowly. Nasty. The shower drained slowly. There was no refrigerator. The internet was very slow and unreliable. The gym was a joke. The pool was tiny and was unsuitable for laps. It was in a bad location and completely uninviting. The staff were nice. March 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great staff! Great staff. Nice hotel. Stayed on the club floor. Connected right to the Convention Center which was great and convenient for our needs. Near the Inner Harbor. Not cheap but worth it. Would come back. (...and thank you, Shalonda, for your excellent service! ) PS= Wished we had more time to enjoy the pool and the fitness room.... March 19, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by I felt like a Princess..... The staff was very accommodating upon check in, valet car service for only a few dollars more than parking myself, concierge luggage storage after check out but before departure. What really impressed me the most, was that there was valet servicemen waiting at the entrance from the convention center to call for my vehicle so that upon my arrival in the lobby it would be ready for me out front. My only suggestion would have been a buffet lunch established for those of us on a shorter lunch break. Soup, Salad, Wraps or mini sliders/sandwiches, Fish or Mini Crab Cakes etc. I heard several people want fresh crab cakes but were worried about time. All the food, from the breakfast buffet to served lunch was amazing. The service staff in the restaurant was very understanding of the time cruch my fellow guests and I was on. Again, thank you for making me feel like a Princess..... I didn't want to go home. March 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by A great stay Great hot water and shower pressure, nice heat & air conditioning equipment, we ordered a refrigerator for the room and got it, restaurant staff at the Oriole Grille were great, food was great. The only thing that would have made this stay 'Excellent' would be expensive chocolates on my pillow and fresh flowers in the room. Other than these 2 items, my stay was great, thank you! Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed.... Room was 76 degrees and nothing I did cooled it off...had the air on in March, fan on high, and it was still uncomfortably warm. Request for "gift vs points" upon check in was ignored (gift was selected but never delivered), invoice wasn't emailed despite my profile requesting same. All-in-all a disappointment, which has been my typical experience at Sheraton properties. March 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel on come back Only two problems: Pillows are too soft and uncomfortable. Parking fee of $27.00 per day is out of site when you are staying there. If you do not stay at Sheraton you pay $27.00. Should be discounted rate if staying March 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Baltimore Harbor My trip to Baltimore was fantastic and especially because I stayed at the Sheraton Inner Harbor. The hotel is clean and well managed. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations at the Sheraton Club room. I was in walking distance to everything from entertainment to all the restaurants. March 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick weekend My sister and I wanted to visit the Baltimore Museum to see an art exhibition curated by our friend. We also wanted to stay in a hotel with an Inner Harbor view. Sheraton had exactly what we wanted. I had traveled from NYC and my sister from Richmond, Va to meet in Baltimore. We loved the hotel and its setting. March 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by no way, stay anywhere else I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this way, way, WAY overpriced motel. Where do I begin? $185 per night, and they have the GALL to charge for internet access. No accessible plugs in the room, I had to have them send up an extension cord. The toilet seat was as loose as a public restroom. The bed was like a big pillow, too soft for comfort. The pillows were also too soft. Just awful. Priced like a premium motel but I've stayed at motels costing a third of what I paid here that were much nicer. I am presently scheduled to stay at the Starwood property in Austin, Texas, in May, but if Starwood doesn't comp me something big quick I am changing my reservation to another chain. March 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by No Lounge Having been at many Sheraton hotels I was dismayed to discover that this one did not have a Preferred Guest Lounge where you could go and get coffee, snacks, etc. The hotel was very accommodating in granting us late check out as we had to wait for a doctor's consultation. Rated 5 out of 5 by food / bell service / front desk The first day I had no cleaning services. I even called around 2 p.m and was advised that they had until 5 p.m. I called after 5 to report they never came. I also never received credit on my card for not having cleaning during my stay for any of the days. Ms. Taylor with the bell staff was wonderful! Rated 2 out of 5 by Stay in February I am used to better hotels. We were booking for a wedding gathering and several months in advance, it was ask for a block of rooms. It was suppose to be all rooms together but we had rooms on all floors all over the hotel. We had a lamp broken in our room and it took four calls to get it replaced. It seemed like the front desk personel were less than helpful ( except a few). I was hoping you would have had a map of the harbor with thing to do. February 26, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Customer Service, Bad Plumbing, Lack of Dining Options I travel all over the world and I can truly say that the customer service at this hotel was great; so far as bell-hops, maid service, and room service. However, room comfort was another issue; shortly after we arrived we experienced problems with the face bowl being stopped up and making strange noises as if the sewer was backing up. Water and other particles were backing up in the face bowl standing for periods of time; not to mention the smell of sewage. We reported it to the front desk and they sent in-house maintenance to fix the problem. The hotel maintenance guys arrived and stayed less than an hour and were able to unclog the sink momentarily, before having to return hours later to repeat the same routine. At Approx. 1:00 am, the face bowl was making noises for a third time, and filled with water and other particles. Professional plumbers showed up the next day around 11:00 am, and stayed approx. 3-4 hours before properly repairing the plumbing, which had apparently affected four different rooms on the floor; some of which were vacant. The inconvenience was unimaginable and the fact that we were not offered another room, or given any compensation for the inconvenience showed the lack of customer care on management's behalf. There was only one gift shop in the hotel that had very few gifts. However, there were several shops in the area. There were only two restaurants in the hotel; one very expensive restaurant with excellent food, and one reasonably priced restaurant where the food was overcooked on two occasions, and the wait was outrageous during lunch. However, breakfast from room service was outstanding (delicious). February 25, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs a lot of improvement For starters, this website page won't let me enter the correct date of my stay. I was there 02/11/2013 not 2014. Our room had a very noisy HVAC unit. Our bed had a large urine stain on the mattress, covered by some type of table cloth material. This is room 727 if you want to go check it out. The hall ways carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Lastly, during our conference in the Potomac room, the staff kept removing our hot beverages from the table at the back of the room. Rated 2 out of 5 by Paper Thin Walls Hotel itself was nice, the rooms had some renovations, but the walls are so thin it felt like the people next to us were in the same room, we were awaken several times by the guy in the room next door snoring. And in the morning when housekeeping were out you can here every single word and thing they do. February 11, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by promises unkept I was a Johns Hopkins outpatient while there.My husband Douglas made 3 inquiries about the cab reimbursements to Bayview and was reassured the cab fare would be reimbursed. When I went to the desk, a caucasian woman with red hair told me you only give cab vouchers for $9, which covers a trip to the hospital only. I had to pay the additional $6 + tip to Bayview for 6 trips.I asked the same woman for additional coffee for my room for my last morning there, as I had chosen to NOT have my room serviced while there, and she said she could not hand me one packet but would have it delivered to my room. I never got one. I was dismayed to find you had no coffee shop in the hotel, and I refused to pay the ridiculous prices on your room service menu for coffee and oatmeal. Your other staff members were pleasant. February 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great staff and sports bar Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a last-minute getaway for her conference at the convention center. They have a good club lounge, though nothing really available (except for coffee/tea) during the day time. Sports bar downstairs had a friendly bartender and good crowd, with good food too. Rated 3 out of 5 by Staff EVERY staff member I encountered - bellman, desk clerk, Orioles Grill staff, etc. - was extremely well trained in hospitality. Warm greetings, above-average service, and very good attitude displayed to guests was all I saw. Small bed and noise filtering into room from hall and room above became insignificant with your entire team endeavoring to make my stay pleasant. February 4, 2013
