I recently stayed at the Music city Sheraton while I was on vacation from working in the middle east. I was recognized as an SPG Platinum member at the time of check in. My room was very comfortable and satisfying. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. Starting with the lady named Jessica that did my reservation for me. Then the next morning in the club lounge for breakfast, The manager named Monte came around and spoke to everyone in the lounge. He was very friendly and did not mind taking time to talk with the people in the lounge. Then as everyone had left, I was the only customer left in the club lounge due to getting up late. The lady working the lounge was very polite and professional. We started talking and had a very pleasant conversation. She asked me several times if I needed anything else to eat due to the closing time had pasted. Her name was Amariam. She made eating breakfast with a hangover very pleasant. It is always nice t stay at a hotel to where the entire staff is so friendly. But a few people such as Jessica, Monte and Mariam can really make your stay enjoyable.

We stayed at the Sheraton Music City on our last night in Nashville. I wish we had spent all our nights here. The hotel was spacious and clean. We loved the club lounge and both the indoor and outdoor. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I would especially like to thank Jennifer at the Front Desk and Storm at the Bar. They were awesome

I couldn't believe how dusty the room was The bathroom&toilet cleaning was below the average, I never expected it from a sheraton. although the hotel was in a very beautiful area, within greens, the dust in the rooms was not understandable.

This hotel was one of the nicest venues we have been to for this conference. The grounds and facility was beautiful. I appreciated the shuttle to downtown, which was reasonable price and convenient times. The staff was very courteous, especially the doorman, who helped me with my questions about transportation and my bags. One small comment - I wish there had been a clock with USB plugs in my room.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Music City and found it to be a lovely, typical full-service Sheraton property. Everything is well done and well maintained - as expected. However - with the hotel so near the airport, their guests seemed to arrive in bunches. At the time we arrived, there were 10-15 people checking in all at once. The desk staff, and particularly the Manager at the desk were doing a great job of talking with the guests in line, while quickly processing all the check-ins. Everyone was well taken care of in a timely manner and the PEOPLE made the property stand out from any other I've stayed at recently.
Well done, Sheraton Music City staff - thanks for taking great care of your guests from start to finish!

Though it's not in the city center, this is our favorite hotel in Nashville. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm and welcoming, the food is delicious. We've stayed her three or four times over the past year, and we've been met with consistent excellence from the friendly greeting and Platinum recognition at the front desk to the clean and comfortable rooms, the ease of parking, and the wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, room service was prompt and delicious both mornings, the pool area is very nice and has brand new furniture. Overall a great place to stay and we will stay there again when back to Nashville!
