My wife and I were placed here unexpectedly after our flight to our honeymoon cruise was mishandled. Needless to say we were not in the best of moods upon our arrival, however, Mrs. Sheila Martin and the staff changed all of that.
Upon our arrival Mrs. Martin apologized for our situation and made sure we had a room that was comfortable for us. After accidentally charging my card, she cleared up the mistake right away by calling my bank and taking care of it for me. Again, something she could have left up to me that she did NOT have to do. We do believe Mrs. Martin deserves the highest of praise for going above and beyond to help make our bad day an awesome one.
We had an incredibly spacious room, room service was fantastic! They even surprised my wife and I with a bottle of champagne! When we ate at the restaurant downstairs and were a little late (showed up 40 minutes before close), the staff was still happy to serve us and never once had a negative attitude about it. As someone who works in customer/food service, that is incredibly commendable.
The staff was incredibly generous, kind, responsive, and just went above and beyond. Next time we come to Nashville, we WILL be staying here.

We checked in and didn't spend much time checking out the room as we were going to an event downtown. When we got back I noticed that the room wasn't clean and it was very noisy. Lots of noise. Then at 2am we were woken by what my 15 yr old son thought was a woman in distress. After this went on and on he finally understood that she wasn't in distress. How embarrassing. We finally got a few hours sleep, got up around 8am to prepare to leave, when the OBVIOUS mating exploits started again next door, this time accompanied by the headboard bashing against the wall. That was enough, we left. I told the front desk clerk and all I got was an, oh...ok. Also my room charge was supposed to be only $185.75. That is what is on my invoice. But my card was charged $214.65 and they cannot tell me why. I would never recommend this hotel. I thought that being the Sheraton that it would be nice. Especially for $159 a night, $185 with taxes...good grief. And why was I charged $214?? Not happy at all.

This is the second time I have been here. While the hotel itself is a little dated, the service provided makes up for it. As a Platinum, I was given suite upgrades both times and given a few "extras" that made my stay enjoyable. Club lounge and pool area is pretty good.
Location is outside of town near the airport. It's an easy drive into downtown and to other area attractions.
I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay for the Chet Atkins Appreciation Society event. We were on the Club Level. Good breakfast, but closed too early on Saturday. Was over at 9:15am. Good latte machine! Would enjoy staying there again though.

From Ms. Sheila and the others at the Front Desk, to Ms. Hospitality, Jackie and her amazing group of underlings that just go above board to make sure a guest feels right at home. Michael, thank you; Efef, thank you; Michael's Saturday relief ( I didn't get your name but, you know who you are) thank you, thank you. What a cheerful group! We were pleasantly surprised with everything the Sheraton had to offer. Stopping through en route to Texas, we enjoyed the comfortable, clean room and the pool. Upon entering the lobby, we can tell it was well maintained along with excellent service at the front desk. We took the roundtrip Monarch shuttle service to the Broadway nightlife - well worth it! Definitely coming back for a longer stay!

I usually have a very comfortable mattress but I have to say my bed had a little of a dip on my side which was highly unusual. Other than that my stay was great. Can't wait to come back.
