This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel - the 1st time for a work conference & the 2nd time for a high school reunion. The meeting rooms are very spacious and staff are very accommodating. The sleeping rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean, and comfortable.

I attended a sold-out convention at this hotel. The check-in staff was handling the huge crowds with enthusiasm and efficiency. I REALLY liked the Preferred Guest lounge on the 2nd floor...a really nice treat. Friendly staff made for a Fantastic stay at this place!

The staff was not friendly. The service was terrible. They did not clean my room one night I stayed, the next morning I had a do not disturb on the door and they woke me up. The sink was broken. The clock beside the bed was broken. I do not recommend this hote.

Staff at front dresk was great at check in and check out, and the other hotel staff was great too. Onlyy suggestion please get the ladies a leaf blower that were sweeping the entrance of leaves. That was a huge area for one lil broom. Keep up the great work.

Just returned from a 2 night weekend stay at this hotel and it was very nice. The room was clean and although the airport is very close by never heard the planes at night. I very much enjoyed the balcony. Will definitely be returning to this hotel

The food was horrible but service was good. There are only 2 elevators and the walk to your room was rather long. Our room faced the interstate and we could not completely close the windows. Fitness center had two rooms but only one room had a TV.

I've stayed here often (since 1998) for the Chet Atkins convention, plus on family trips to Nashville. Comfortable rooms, excellent/helpful staff and professional management team -- at a reasonable price. One of my favorite Sheraton properlies.

Lobby looked nice, but rooms are old and outdated. This hotel needs some renovation.
On Monday morning, they did not have a breakfast buffet. I found it disappointing, especially as I had a busy day, and wanted an in-out experience.

The check-in for this reservation and the week before reservation was very accomodating and the desk person went out of her way to make things pleasant. The ability to park and use the hotel shuttle to the airport was a big benefit.

Starting with Jaime at the front desk, all were helpful, knew my name, friendly and welcoming.
Meals were excellent.
Hotel's welcome and assistance to conference attendees and administration were top notch. I would come again.

The staff were amazing and helpful. This includes the front desk as well as the valet and the shuttle drivers. We were traveling with our handicapped child and they went out of their way to assist us. Great experience!

The hotel and room are old and tired. Wallpaper peeling, mold in the shower, and sink drain clogged. Service was slow in all areas. I have never seen a front desk operate so slowly when staffed by four people.

The Sheraton Music City hotel is a great location on the East side of Nashville. Convenient to the airport, the facilities are immaculate, and the fitness center is open 24 hours - including pool and jacuzzi.

Would stay here again. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, has coffee maker in room and complimentary water bottles. The only thing I would have liked in the room was a safe and frig/courtesy bar.

Front desk staff rude, could not give directions to the hotel
No recongation of mt SPG status.
I will not stay at this properity again without major changes in ways of conducting business.

Really. Can you not get this basic thing right? Hair in the toilet, hair in the sink, big black coarse thick hair in the tub and hair in the cup I was drinking my coffee from. Disgusting.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The room smelled and looked horrible. Maid didn't come 3pm everyday and only made the beds. Never once removed the trash.
Will not return.

When paying for a 2 night stay one wouldn't normally expect that a parking space on the grounds would not be available. This situation was untenable and the staff was rude as well.

Overall the hotel is nice. Room was clean. Plenty of grass to walk your dog. Rooms are a little dated and loud due to the thin walls, etc. and it is by the airport... so there is fly-over noise. I think for the price I could do better. (it was expensive especially with all the TAXES)
There was no fridge, internet access was $10 a day, no free continental breakfast... the complimentary coffee is only available till 6:30am in the lobby?? The coffee maker in the room is a one cup thing that had one envelope of regular coffee. Guess my wife can have coffee. :^ | The rooms are loud with doors slamming in the metal frames down the long hallways. The sharp metal carpet strip to the bathroom was exposed.
They are pet friendly, but you need to ask for the pet policy before you book. Like the $100 fine for leaving your pet in the room unattended, etc. (maybe that is only if they disturb other guests?) But, since the room is loud, my dog felt the need to bark when the hallway doors were slammed.
I think with some minor changes this hotel could be fantastic. Right now, pretty average and kind of expensive. Thanks.

I have been traveling on business since 1980 and this was the first time I've been upgraded to a Presidential Suite. Wow. I only wish my wife had been there also.

Nice hotel in a great location but room quality was poor. Walls are very thin so you if you have rowdy neighbors, dont expect any sleep! No private balconies.

Shower did not have strong pressure which was a negative and not enough plugs near a mirror outside of the bathroom. Room was lovely--great breakfast buffet.

Suite was missing mirrored door which was the only full length mirror in room. Reserved suite for ambience which was lost with open closet.
