Rated 5 out of 5 by The people really make the difference! I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Music City and found it to be a lovely, typical full-service Sheraton property. Everything is well done and well maintained - as expected. However - with the hotel so near the airport, their guests seemed to arrive in bunches. At the time we arrived, there were 10-15 people checking in all at once. The desk staff, and particularly the Manager at the desk were doing a great job of talking with the guests in line, while quickly processing all the check-ins. Everyone was well taken care of in a timely manner and the PEOPLE made the property stand out from any other I've stayed at recently. Well done, Sheraton Music City staff - thanks for taking great care of your guests from start to finish! September 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our Go-To Hotel in Nashville Though it's not in the city center, this is our favorite hotel in Nashville. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm and welcoming, the food is delicious. We've stayed her three or four times over the past year, and we've been met with consistent excellence from the friendly greeting and Platinum recognition at the front desk to the clean and comfortable rooms, the ease of parking, and the wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. Rated 5 out of 5 by Stellar service and overall great place to stay The hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, room service was prompt and delicious both mornings, the pool area is very nice and has brand new furniture. Overall a great place to stay and we will stay there again when back to Nashville! August 24, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Unsatisfactory Upon arrival, I approached the Gold/Platinum section and awaited to be called to the desk. I was the first person in line, but totally looked over by a white male. Immediately, a young African American lady approached and called attended to me checking in. The white male began to assist other people after I'd been assisted. Also, getting a reciept was very difficult. I spoke to management for an entire day, was promised over and over and over of emailing my invoice. I never received it until I made a call the EARLY morning Aug 20th. That was my 5th request, as I was pushed asides with false promises each time by Megan and Mary! August 20, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Needs soundproofing Our room was nice, but there was only a murphy bed so it was uncomfortable. The pillows were fluffy until you touched them and the blanket was so heavy for July. We finally fell asleep late and were woken up by talking voices in the hallway and all of our neighbors closing and opening their doors. It was so loud that everytime a door opened or closed on our corridor, our door would shake. We also continually heard planes. Soundproofing! Soundproofing! Soundproofing! However, the room service was nice and food delicious, though expensive. August 4, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Why Reserve a room I over paid for a club room with a king and was told since I booked on line I only get what's available. The only thing available was a two bed room. (the whole hotel was booked) After speaking with the counter girl for 10 minutes or I ask for a refund so I could go to a different hotel. At that point the night manager stands up and said and I quotes If you want a certain room don't book through a 3rd party. Give me a minute to find a king. They found me a room with a king but it was not the club room I wanted. I asked for a manager to contact since I would be there for 3 days. I asked again and nothing. So much for asking for help. I will sat at another Sheraton but never this one again. August 2, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel was beautiful and very well kept. My friends and I were in town for our annual Beachbody Coach Summit in Nashville and stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff was helpful in accommodating all of our needs and very professional. The hotel manager, Brittany, was helpful, friendly and very professional.
