We stayed here one night on a quick Hershey Park trip from NY and our room was clean and spacious, the staff were extremely helpful, the facilities were excellent, great pool, great club lounge with tons of food. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

This hotel is convenient and excellent for business or leisure travel. The BEST thing about the room was the beds/pillows/linens! Absolutely the best ever...even better than European hotels. Staff members were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast.

This Sheraton really delivered an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious! Many thanks to John and his team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Harrisburg/Hershey area!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my daughter. When we arrived, all seemed good. Hotel is pretty and clean. At 7:20 I realized that I had one pod, one creamer and one packet for coffee. I called the front desk and he told me "I'll see what I can do". I called back 30 minutes later and was told "I'll do my best". That is really not ok. I seank the one cup i could At 8:30 I cancelled my request and went out for coffee. When we came back the room was not cleaned, the bed was made, but the empty used coffee cup was on the nightstand. The bathroom was not clean either. That night I called the front desk at 10:30 and asked for extra towels and coffee again. The response was "I'll see what I can do". I asked if he could tell me what that meant and if the towels and coffee were coming and he said "ya know, I'm really busy". 45 minutes later they arrived. I am so disappointed. The hotel was packed with a family reunion. We were definitely treated like second class guests. I used 6000 points. In not happy at all.

The hotel was easily accessible from many points. The down bedding enabled a truly comforatble night of sleep.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The washrooms are old and need a complete renovations. The tiles are falling off and the grout is very dirty. Let's just say I didn't let my children shower without flip flops on.

the staff in this hotel was really friendly except for the old white hair guy in the dog and pony for lunch. he needs better people skills. the rooms and hallway are stuck in 1976. the rooms need bigger beds. a full just doesnt cut it for two people...

While the room was comfortable and staff was nice, the room was dark and noisy. Both shower noise from other rooms and outside noises, trains and truck, made it difficult to rest well. I was on the 5th floor. Not sure being higher would have made a difference.

We were upgraded to a suite which showed its wear. Room was clean and spacious. The big problem for us was this Suite is close to the elevator shaft, so we listened to the elevator come go and the whole time we were there.
Food was great and service was good

This hotel is a gem. It is decorated beautifully, the rooms are generous in size and very comfy, and every area of the hotel is nice and clean. Most important, the room service was FANTASTIC!! We really enjoyed our little one night get away. Thank you!!

As an SPG Gold member I have always either had a room upgrade or at least afforded use of the Club Room. I understand the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel was packed during my stay, but I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed Club level privileges.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. A previous guest had left a window slightly ajar and it could not be seen, but when the wind blew it was noisy. I contacted the desk and they had it righted immediately. The room was clean and very nice.

breakfast the most important meal of the day was tended to that way by your very capable and courteous staff. we were fortunate enuf to have 3 days of breakfast there and we ate heartily and healthfully with ease.

The hotel beds and pillows were not comfortable. I could feel the springs in the bed and the pillows were too soft!
The bathrooms were too small and it was very hard to regulate the temperature when showering.
The food was mediocre at best.

Basically the hotel was nice- very clean.
There was a problem with the noise level in the room from toilets in surrounding units when they were flushed. Also one of the elevators was out of service on the weekend when hotel was very crowded.

They need to update shower head. Every expectation I had was met expect for my shower experience. The hotel was clean, the beds are comfortable - but the shower head did not have enough pressure and it felt like forever to get it hot.

Facility need updating. Halls and elevators are like saunas. VERY VERY Hot. No A/C at all. In the main part of the facility was also very warm. I'ts like they don't want to make their customers happy by being cool.

The Hershey is a bit dated but still good. However, the bath room shower didn't drain adequately. Also, we stayed on the 3rd floor, which was the lobby floor, and the hallway to our room had a funny ordor, like a taxi cab disinfectant.

We stayed at the Sheraton for a concert/festival in August 2012. We had a wonderful time, and the staff was very helpful. The bartender, Mike, was a great addition to our evenings - he made jokes with us and we all had a great time.

Our bathroom showed some signs of mold and ceiling looked like it needed work.
The bedroom itself was clean. Had a problem getting wifi the entire time. I T support tried to help but to no avail.

The hotel was nice and met most of our expectations. The only problem was at check in when the computers went down and it took them a very long time to manually check guests in. Staff was very cordial in these circumstances.

Mildew smell in bathroom. Filth on light switches. Trash along woodline of parking lot. Junk left on floor by elevator for 3 days. Remote not working. Baseball size bird dropping on window.
Bed was awesomely comfortable.

We were very satisfied with the upgrade to Club floor 9. The Club lounge offered great appetizers and a wonderful breakfast every day. Thank you for a great stay!

My colleagues and I stay here 2 times a year and are never disappointed. Although one room this year did have a lot of hair in the bathroom, but nothing can be perfect and we were still happy.

The fan in bathroom made loud noise every time it was turned on. Also air conditioner was permanently set and we could not adjust, turn off, make warmer, etc.
