This was my first time staying here. This was an older hotel, but in good repair. The staff were wonderful. I'd stay there again.

If you are an SPG Platinum member, don't expect to be treated as one at this location. When I checked in the front desk associate informed me that I would not be eligible for any suite upgrade which I was okay with, but what surprised me most is that he also stated that the hotel does not accommodate platinum members with access to the club floor unless you book the room on the club level. The associate was rude and unprofessional. He told me that it does not matter what SPG level I was because the hotel has alot of platinum guest. He did not greet me as a platinum member nor did he offer me any check in amenity such as points or a drink voucher. I would not recommend staying here if you are a Gold or Platinum member.

We stayed for two nights. Hotel layout was weird. Room was extremely small and run down. Wallpaper peeling, bathroom mildewy. Halls dark, dingy and dirty. Linens had blood stains on them. Received a complete change of linens for the entire room and the stained linens were replaced with other stained linens and blankets with holes- talk about a lack of attention to detail or not caring about the guest experience/concerns. Not what I would expect from a Sheraton- hotel had a negative vibe and we were quite uncomfortable staying there. That being said, the hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant experience was awesome, and an item left behind was located and returned to us- really appreciated that! However, will not say again as the condition/cleanliness of the hotel made my skin crawl.

This property was originally a fine hotel, but it is showing its age and has infrastructure problems. The staff was very friendly, but my initial room was in the process of being "dried out" from a water problem. I went back downstairs and was put in a different room, which had a water leak in progress! My final room was the large Susquehanna Suite, and I appreciated that, but the suite and the overall hotel are really showing their age. Room service was prompt, but hardly top quality. I'm disappointed, because these maintenance issues are not the fault of the friendly desk staff. They seemed genuinely embarrassed about the room problems I had.

I made reservations on 08/02/2012 for an overnight stay for a family of four that included tickets to the near by theme parks. The agent that took the reservations was very non-chalant and clearly was not paying attention to what he was doing. He actually booked our stay for that very same night, need less to say when we arrived the next day the hotel had us as a "no-show" Added to which the package only included tickets for my husband and I- nothing for the kids! (unbelievable) the rooms that we requested was also unavilable. We had to make new reservations and pay out of pockets for the additional tickets (another $110.00) never again!!!

MY FAMILY STAYED HERE TWICE BECAUSE IT IS THE PERFECT HOTEL WHEN VISITING HERSHEY. THE POOL IS CLEAN AND WE LOVE THAT YOU HAVE AN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOL. THIS CAME IN HANDY BECAUSE IT RAINED A LOT THIS VACATION. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BEST PART IS THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. THE RESTAURANT FOOD IS AWESOME...DEFINTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

I am disapponited by the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff and cleaniliness of the room.
1. I was told that there were no king bed rooms available and the next person in line was offered the choice of King bed. When I ponted out that that I was told that no kings beds were available, the manager was curt and told me that my reservation was for a double bed room but I was given a king room when it is available at other establishments. I would have accepted, if they told me that my room rate would not allow change but basically I was provided wrong information, the manger responded as If I was the one at fualt

Review title says it all. Front desk person was simply amazing. Restaurant was also surprisingly good at breakfast, great service and food. Property could probably use some updating. Excellent SPG recognition. Nice stopover on drive south.
