The best customer service I've experienced, Deon at the desk was helpful, courteous, all around fantastic. I would definitely recommend Sheraton.

The room overall was super outdated and not keep to spg standards. The AC did not work in the room and bed need to be changed.

Stayed here two nights on road trip during our time in DC area. Iren and Sheena were great gave us our upgrades and we're so friendly, made us feel at home thanks alot.
Pool was warm parking was great room was clean perfect.

I did not have high expectations for this hotel as a first time stay here, but that changed as soon as I walked in the front door. Aryelle, Iren and Tracy made my stay one of the best and memorable starwood experiences ever. Thanks!! Cant wait to return.

Third visit. Feels like home. Very convenient if you need to be in the D.C. metro area. Hotel is in a suburban area about 30 minutes north of DC. area for that you will find it is relatively peaceful. Hotel had nicely appointed rooms, bed is comfortable. The swimming pool was inviting. The hotel staffers were very accommodating and professional- keep up the good work, Iren Ayee Leslie and Rosalie. (I wasn't able to get the shift manager's name.) There is a shopping center near by and you can call on the shuttle to take you there.

The previous stay was excellent as I received an upgrade to the corner room. During this stay, I had a regular room with a king bed and no connecting door, which was excellent as well. The size of the room was a little bit smaller, but still very clean and pleasant. I used star points for both stays and never disappointed. The room service was great. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out took only a few minutes. Club level floor was nice. Breakfast was offered to me as a gold member with the small, but adequate choices of breakfast. It was refreshing. The internet service was provided with a fridge and a MICROWAVE (how many places would have this anymore). I requested for the late check-outs for both times and were granted with no difficulties. It was worth every point and dollars spent at this place. Very reasonable, clean, up-to-date, great service, and close to DC. Definitely will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would not stay at this Sheraton hotel group in the future, the concierge support is a disaster and very poor communication.
