Rated 4 out of 5 by Double beds not available I had reserved 2 rooms with double beds in each. I called @ 3pm to SPG to confirm this. When I checked in at 7pm there were no double beds available. We were given a king with a sleeper which is a nice sleeper. I'm just wondering where the breakdown in communication happens. If I reserve a double bed room then it shouldn't be given to someone else who hasn't just because they check in first. May 20, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by I expected better this hotel looks like it has been renovated from another chain / owner. The detail to the renovation could have been higher - maybe it was just my room. May 20, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Very accomodating and friendly staff! I loved most everything about this hotel. Mostly, the friendly and accomodating staff. I don't know if it's because I am a New Yorker, but the staff there were amazingly pleasant, patient and accomodating. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the shuttle was unavailable; when we called the hotel, they told us to just catch a cab and they'll refund us. Where do you see that kind of service?! So nice of them. Also, we needed directions where to get to places locally and the staff always were great about giving us these directions as well as thier own personal recommendations of bars and stores. They even gave us a quick shuttle ride to CVS because we didn't have a car! On our way out, they gave us two bottles of water for our long cab ride to the beach. Really overall impressed!! We were a little disappointed that upon arrival after a late flight, the restaurant was closed, since that was partly why we picked this hotel. However, the fact that the staff were so nice, made up for it! Really beautiful pool, clean hotel overall and really comfortable beds. Thanks so much for everything!! May 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Tired hotel Though the Sheraton bed was great, the bathroom facilities were poky and more reminiscent of a motel than a hotel. There was a used washcloth hanging from the shower rail and the shower knob came off in my hand. I was given access to the Club Lounge without being told that it had already closed for the evening (8pm, seems early). Was not offered Starwood Gold nightly benefit of beverage/internet. Hotel location is decent but if I had to go back I'd probably go to the Aloft as at least it would be new. May 9, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location For the most part every thing went well. Read most of the comments about the hotel in past reviews. Only issue was the poor service in the rest. Staff at front desk was excellent. May 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by A/C is a Commodity We had THREE HOT nights in the hospitality room and A/C was off at the breaker for the room. Each night we asked that the A/C but cut-on in our large rented hospitality room(s) And each night we were told that Engineering would be called. Yet the temperature was never improved. And we had a simular problem with our room. The first night we found that the A/C was turned off at the thermostat. Still no A/C The next night a guy from engineering called and said it was secured at the breaker... Also our card keys had to be reprogramed several times each. The room was hot most of the stay. There were soap looking spots on the mirror in our room that was NEVER cleaned. We started out the room with a VERY limited amount of toilet paper and it was never replaced by housekeeping. I'd rather sleep in a tent May 6, 2013
