I stayed here during the RNC and was responsible for several hotel events/activities for a group. From the GM Jeffrey, to Hope in convention services, Annie at the front desk and Cindy in the Hemispheres Restaurant. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Meridyth, Thomas, and Ahmed were amazing with our breakfast meetings. Even the assistance in the parking lot with our bus service was exceptional. I never had a problem and whenever I had a question or request, it was greeted with a smile and "my pleasure". I would definitely recommend this hotel!

While I knew to expect a daily parking fee, I was surprised to be charged an additional daily "facility" fee. I was told at the desk that this is because the hotel is on airport property. No where on their website did I find that I would be charged this additional daily fee. Also I got charged for the water in my room, even though I did not consume it. It was removed from my bill upon my request (after having to assure the desk clerk multiple times that I did NOT drink or take their bottled water). Evening staff were very friendly...morning staff not so much.

I have stayed many times at the Cleveland Airport Sheraton. I like that it is right on the airport property. While they provide a complimentary shuttle, it's just as easy to walk to the terminal if you have only carry-on luggage. Also, there is a Red Line train station at the airport that links you to downtown Cleveland in about 30 minutes. I like staying here when we visit Cleveland for an Indians game because you don't have all of the craziness downtown and don't have to deal with traffic or parking. The rooms are very updated and the Sheraton Club is small, but has the usual hot breakfast and evening snacks during the week. There is also a nice restaurant, bar and an indoor pool.

It was an excellent for my friends and I. They did their best and went above what I expected. My previous stay had me uneasy about returning (over A year ago,) because the staff from that time was very agressive. This was the complete opposite and it was amazing!!!!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff cannot be overstated. Everyone is exceedingly nice and accommodating. Whether I needed a phone charger, or other small stuff - everyone really on top of their game and made me feel welcome.
The atmosphere as well in lobby and surrounding areas is luxurious - way more than I expected for a hotel airport.
Rooms can be a bit loud - or maybe just my next door guest at one point -but overall not worthy of note beyond that.
This is what hotel service should be like.
Way to go guys - keep it up.
