Booked through hotel site as SPG preferred member. but didn't get free wifi in our room. The only option is $7.99 for 24 hour access.
Opt for green choice at check-in. But didn't get any extra points. Counter lady mentioned there is 500 points per night for green choice...

Over the years, I have stayed at most of the equivalent grade hotels in the Markham / Richmond Hill area and this hotel has become my preferred hotel for the past several years. The amenities offered are excellent (Lounge, Starbucks coffee shop, Bar area, Lobby, The Crave restaurant, etc.) and the staff treat me as a special guest which I like to think that I am. The house staff ensure that I have enough coffee pods and water as well as catering to any needs that I might have.
The rooms are excellent and modern, the beds are great and the hotel is conveniently located to the East /West toll road and the Don Valley Parkway to downtown Toronto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance to vary your food intake.
In summary, I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Toronto North region.
Room Tip: I prefer a room in the Richmond Tower; but the rooms in both towers are excellent.

Great service, friendly staff. Expedited check-in line for SPG elites (Gold and above). The hotel was fully booked but the staff still managed to provide one of the biggest suites on the floor with jetted tub and separate standing shower. The room had two big flat screen TVs, one for the living area and one for the bedroom. There is also a microwave in the room which came in handy at late night.
The only drawbacks are that the hallway isn't soundproof. We could hear our neighbors' dialogues as well as the seemingly constant hallway foot traffic, so we assume our neighbors could hear us as well. To be fair, the hotel was fully-booked during our stay, so that might be an exception not the norm. Given the ample space in the bathroom suite it was a bit surprising that they didn't go with double vanity. The full body mirror in the living room would be much more useful if it wasn't blocked by the side table and lamp.

When traveling for a sports tournament check out the hotel a lot closer. Make sure they can accommodate everyone!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jolianna Great beds and pillows but average amenities and service
The conference rooms were very cold, people were wearing jackets. I was billed on my credit card for services that were included in the preferred rooms and now need to rectify this by phone as I'm unable to find an email customer service option. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were amazing! The sauna was out of order and the pool is very basic and small. Great hotel choice if you find a deal so the expectations will be reasonable.

My son needed a computer mouse and the Sheraton staff member was able to accommodate our request. My son was very happy. thank you everyone at the Sheraton.

I had a great time at the hotel with my family. The room was very comfortable and clean. I like that there was a fridge in the room. There is a lot of options to choose from for breakfast which was delicious (Omelet and waffles). My kids love the large pool .

Very disappointed. The club lounge never had a staff member, it was used for some sort of a community group broadcast and was closed to us. I asked to go inside for a snack, and there was none. I called down and was told there are no snacks, although sheratonparkway.com/club clearly says there are 24 hour snacks. We waited until 5 (with a very hungry child- I didnt pack snacks given the website assurances) and there was no food. I called again and was told food is served later. When I pointed out the website said food was served 5-8, the front desk clerk said I was wrong (clearly the hotel was wrong). There were insufficient towels, the doorknob fell off and there were not two bathrobes. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, the hotel is quite shabby and staff not professional.
