The Sheraton Santa Fe is especially great for long stays or frequent recurring stays. The staff are all warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to make every guest feel important and appreciated.

For years. I have stayed in this hotel and I have began noticing a decline in the services. Little things that keep adding up. One thing that frustrates is the fact the accessories in the bathroom are never complete I have always to call and request for something missing. Good hotel and staff but after years traveling to Mexico I can tell if they don't react within 2 year this will be another cheap option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rafa72658 In comparison to other Sheraton hotels, quite bad
Food at breakfast was very poor, not good quality. The hotel is a little bit old-fashioned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Runner26 I found the room and the service to be outstanding
One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff attended promptly, professionally and with a smile to every need or request I had. Great value for the price.

We were in town to pick up our daughter from Mexico City's airport, who had flown in from studying abroad in Paris and decided to book with this hotel as we've stayed here previously and had a great experience. However, this time was very different. We arrived and everything was going fine until we were taken to the 409sft room instead of the 667 sft room that we had booked online. We never mentioned it but I knew that this was the wrong room from our previous stay here in the larger room. The next problem was the internet that they charged on our account that did not work. We went down to the reception desk to only have them call someone who comes out with a laptop and asks for my handheld device to go into my settings to try and configure the problem, really. This was so inappropriate, all we needed was the code we'd payed for to work properly. We decided not to deal with this foolishness and asked for my device back. Later that evening after returning from dinner we called down and spoke with a lady at the front desk who my husband ask to have our money refunded for the internet charge or please give us a correct log in. She sent someone up to retrieve our receipt showing we had payed and was kind enough to allow all three of our devices to work, as the guy had told us earlier there's only one device per charge for internet access. She also deducted our daughters extra person charge from our bill. Now the next morning at checkout we encounter the same individual who put us in the wrong room and was absolutely no help with our internet problem. He added the extra person charge back on to our bill as the lady from the night before had taken off. We understood this charge however to put us in the smaller room when we purposely booked the larger room since there were three of us and charge us extra is absurd. The customer service was completely unsatisfactory & inconsistent. We will no longer continue to give our business to this Santa Fe Sheraton location.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fernando58 Everything but the swimming pool...
The Sheraton Suites Santa Fe is the type of hotel that one learns to enjoy as time goes by and stays accumulate on his spg account. It's typically brazilian... mexican... latin. When I arrived this time, I was immediately recognized, got everything I needed and was helped to my room quickly and efficiently. All with proper spg recognition and lots of personal interaction, just like brazilians are used to. I do want to recognize the guy from IT (funny that I never asked his name) who doesn't spare patience, time and empathy for the guest when resolving networking issues. I know because I'm a very demanding net user and have had several issues at nearly all hotels I stayed. On the down side, please consider either building or reaching an agreement with a nearby facility to make it possible for guests to enjoy a swimming pool and deck bar during weekends (in the least). So, many thanks and I look foreward to staying again next week. Fernando
