Rated 5 out of 5 by clkaka Sheraton Santa Fe, DF -- a GREAT stay!
Excellent hotel with a superb staff. My wife "CC" and I stayed here 21-25 July 2014 and we were VERY happy! Great suite, with a large wrap-around balcony, beautiful common-areas and a good gym. Wonderful service from front desk to club room staff (thank you Gustavo!) and all other departments too. This is a well run hotel in a nice Santa Fe location. We have stayed at many other Mexico City hotels, sometimes for weeks at a time, but this Sheraton is special -- you should stay here too, you will like it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by KDLM14 This hotel feels like home
The Sheraton Santa Fe is especially great for long stays or frequent recurring stays. The staff are all warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to make every guest feel important and appreciated.

For years. I have stayed in this hotel and I have began noticing a decline in the services. Little things that keep adding up. One thing that frustrates is the fact the accessories in the bathroom are never complete I have always to call and request for something missing. Good hotel and staff but after years traveling to Mexico I can tell if they don't react within 2 year this will be another cheap option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SVLouie Nice hotel but...
They are currently doing a remodel or work on some floors and if you need to sleep in or get sleep in the early evening, you will find your sleep interrupted by hammering, the pulling of something scraping on metal or other miscellaneous sounds. I complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Also I had to try 3 computers in the Business Center before I could find one that could load Delta's site so I could print my boarding pass. Other than these things, the hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast had a good variety and good quality food. It is also within walking distance of some good restaurants (I recommend the Argentine Steakhouse) and a quick taxi ride to a very large mall.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rafa72658 In comparison to other Sheraton hotels, quite bad
Food at breakfast was very poor, not good quality. The hotel is a little bit old-fashioned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fernando58 Everything but the swimming pool...
The Sheraton Suites Santa Fe is the type of hotel that one learns to enjoy as time goes by and stays accumulate on his spg account. It's typically brazilian... mexican... latin. When I arrived this time, I was immediately recognized, got everything I needed and was helped to my room quickly and efficiently. All with proper spg recognition and lots of personal interaction, just like brazilians are used to. I do want to recognize the guy from IT (funny that I never asked his name) who doesn't spare patience, time and empathy for the guest when resolving networking issues. I know because I'm a very demanding net user and have had several issues at nearly all hotels I stayed. On the down side, please consider either building or reaching an agreement with a nearby facility to make it possible for guests to enjoy a swimming pool and deck bar during weekends (in the least). So, many thanks and I look foreward to staying again next week. Fernando

Rated 5 out of 5 by Runner26 I found the room and the service to be outstanding
One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff attended promptly, professionally and with a smile to every need or request I had. Great value for the price.
