Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous staff and facilities First stay in Mexico City and at this hotel. As a global business traveler, I was extremely impressed by the staff and facilities at this hotel. Top flight gym, rooms and staff. Great location for U.S. Embassy engagement and for connecting with MX government personnel. No question that I'll return on my next visit to the city. July 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Another Great Stay My stay at Sheraton Maria Isabel was overall excellent. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating of my every needs. High praises for the hotel and hotel staff. My only issue which I'm hoping will be fixed with the current renovation, is the air conditioning system which was extremely loud and made it somewhat uncomfortable during sleep and listening to the television. This reflects the "good" scores in my hotel rating. I would also like to recognize Nallely Jimenez for her excellent assistance with my hotel billing questions, all issues were handled professionally. As always I will choose the Sheraton Maria Isabel for my stay in Mexico City. July 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Misrepresentation at its best... I traveled to Mexico city for an extended period of time and decided to stay at the Sheraton Maria Isabel as I had done during my 5-6 previous business trips to MX city. I was treated like a guest in those prior stays and thought this time was not going to be any different. Wrong I was. I was given wrongful information since the day I checked in and felt I was belittled and mistreated all along. It felt like every other day I had to go to the front office to get things straighten out as my benefits kept changing based on different staff members standards. Everybody I spoke to had a different version of the benefits I was entitled to due to my SPG member level plus my extended stay at this place. To this day and age it is very difficult to comprehend this place does not have a single database where everything is tracked and registered when a Guest walks into this place so that everybody would have the exact same information about that Guest. Anyway, if you want to have a great time in Mexico City when you're away from home for an extended period of time and if you have options, I think you'd be better off if you stay at another place. I would certainly avoid this place in the future because this place is not the place that used to be. July 15, 2014
