The staff were always very helpful and attentive. They always have a smile for you and most were able to speak english with me very well.

The professional staff is the strength of the Maria Isabel. Front desk staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, recognize return guests (by name), and are enthusiastic and polite. I also commend the butlers and the cleaning staff for their kindness and professionalism.When I come to your hotel I feel like I am coming home.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful. The front desk staff in particular went out of their way to help out. Stephanie on night shift is so pleasant and calm, always smiling,and the type of employee that Sheraton should be very proud of. All the staff at this hotel are professional and far better than at other hotels I have stayed at.
While my nickname or handle here is "disgruntled guest" , for this hotel I would change it to: "Impressed!"

I have stayed at the Maria Isabel on numerous occasions over the years, and the experience has always been great. The location is ideal, and the management and staff are very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Mexico City.

The Sheraton Maria Isabel is conveniently located and it's staff is very well trained to welcome its guests and to meet all their needs. Some of the decor looks a bit tired and needs updating, such as the carpeting and the halls of the hallways. But it looks like they are in the process of doing it. The new elevators are still not well synchronized and waiting is sometimes long. But overall, great hotel, and great staff. Congratulations to the General Manager for keeping customer service very consistent.
