It was not my first visit to this hotel. I have always been very well treated and recognized in my SPG status (upgrades included). The staff was always responsive to my needs.The only inconvenience was there was a party in one of the ballrooms, some of the guest were staying and the hotel and they were extremeley noisy in corridors and rooms I think the distribution of party guests staying at the hotel should be adressed witn special care. That issue excepted, my stay was perfect. The pool is wonderful, the business lounge is nice and complete, and the rooms are nice and very clean. What else can you ask?
I will return.

The Club Lounge is wonderful. Great breakfast, tea and cocktails. Staff is very helpful.

1-Si bien se promociona el Chek in en el piso 22 para los pasajeros club, no había nadie al momento de mi llegada.(14.30hs)
Y a lo largo de mi estadía jamas vi a una pernsonal cumpliendo alguna función en ese escritorio. Esto determino que yo debiera trasladarme a la planta baja con mi equipaje para realizar el chek in.
2-Es notoria la falta de cortesía del personal en front desk en la planta baja.
3-Mi check out a las 16hs también debió ser ser realizado en la planta baja
4-Espero estas circunstancias descriptas estén solucionadas para mi próxima estadía prevista para el 11 de dic.

I have been organizing an event in Buenos Aires and have been staying in the Sheraton Retiro repeatedly.
Each and every time I have been to the Hotel, I have found very friendly and supportive staff. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the quality of food and drinks offered was always good.
Especially I would like to mention Agustina Diciervo, the Guest Relations Manager, who is an outstanding example of a hotel employee recognizing the needs of a guest and providing solutions to all the problems we have experienced.
I can highly recommend the hotel for business travellers as well as for leisure.

Soy viajero frecuente y en este hotel apesar de ser muy grande encontre la harmonia que necesita el viajero tanto en la decoracion la ambientalizacion los recursos humanos, te entregan con la mayor calidez las cosas para que el huesped se sienta seguro y descansado me encanto fabuloso.
Los colores emblematicos del conjunto del hotel mantiene su abolengo y al mismo tiempo traduce paz...pareciera que estas en una nube lindisismo desde el 22 piso

Room seems to be old, with very poor light, and non existent sound window isolation which translates to a lot of noise coming from the outside.
Employees seemed to be tired of having to attend too many people. The worst part were the bar waiters.

The Hotel is very good, with good location and high quality food servings. However i have the following concerns;
1, The staff speak Spanish and the English fluency is poor.
2. The hotel doesn't offer late check-out though most of the other SPG's hotel have offered me this earlier.
3. Distance calls made fro my room are over over priced.
