Rated 2 out of 5 by Humbert Need to renovate
Rooms and meeting rooms need to be renovated.
Personal appearance of the people who work at the hotel is not good, bad assistance by concierge, definitely not helpful.

I have to travel often for business and for the standards that I would have expected from The Sheraton, this hotel fell a little short. Since it was a little chilly, I had put on the heat and it smelt moldy. In addition, one of the nights that I had come back from dinner, my room (which was non-smoking) smelt like someone had smoked a cigarette in there. The pressure of the water in the shower was barely more than a trickle and it would constantly change from freezing cold water to boiling hot water.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MarkC Pay for the gym...really?
The hotel is outdated, but adequate for business travel. It's centrally located.
They tried to charge me to access the gym. I fought the charge at check out and had to speak with 3 people! No warning of charge is giveng at check in or verbally when entering the gym. $15 for a Sheraton gym??? ridiculous. I travel for work and am not going to expense 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Larry Sheraton Buenos Airies Hotel
I have stayed at this location several times, and as a platinum member was never given an upgrade. I was given a standard room on the 17th floor where the plumbing did not work, the bathroom sink would overflow, and the shower had little water pressure. I knew that the 22nd floor had a Starwood lounge where in the past I had a buffet breakfest, I attempted to enter, because I was not on the prefered floor, I was denied access to the lounge. The Platinmum card did nothing for me. I will not stay at this property during my next visit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hemz88 Dated, but great location
Stayed here for the first time. Monica at check-in was excellent, polite, courteous. SPG lounge on the 22nd floor - basically the worst lounge I've ever been to. Poor selection of snacks. Alcohol drinks only served from 7pm to 9pm, with a one drink policy. There is a charge for additional drinks - in all these years, first time I have ever experienced that! Poor taste in my opinion.
View from the lounge was stellar!
I recommend the hotel based on location, and the staff.
The rooms are dated and in need of serious renovation.
Turtle speed internet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Willy Not up to Sheraton standards
-Internet//wireless service is problematic and sporadic for a business stay. Kept getting kicked out of VPN.
-Phone service kept dropping
-Lounge lacks an extensive menu of "bar food" and service is poor
-Air conditioning in room pumped hot air in the mornings
-No hot water from bathroom sink. Hot water faucet did not work
