Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent staff and stay! The interior of the hotel along with food quality was exceptional. The room service staff in particular Danny were amazing, she went out of her way to eagerly find us our dessert from the already closed restaurant and always provided a very professional and friendly service. The restaurant staff recovered the only very small problem we had very quickly and efficiently so our stay was excellent and we will definitely stay again. February 22, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Short stay airport connection Had a long layover for 9hours. Booked one room that was great, clean. Large Swimming pool, exec lounge provides quality . Drivers from the hotel are great and took me one a day trip to London. ralf and the concierge got the job done and fit my needs. February 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Close proximity to airport This hotel is in very close proximity to the airport and yet manages to be very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The food was good and reasonably priced. The wait staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an airport hotel. February 10, 2013

Had to ask for more coffee and milk for the room, only 2 of each provided. £15 to park for 1 night extortionate, but a captive market so advantage taken. Comfortable bed and great shower, but no comfortable chairs to sit in. Too expensive to eat in so walked to local pub - v.g. Tried to charge us for mini bar although not used and not checked - sharp practice. ? if we would return. February 4, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Charged for Internet and Drop off! My stay overall was satisfactory, and the cleanliness and service was up to my expectations for a 5 star hotel. I was however shocked to see that the WiFi wasn't free and neither was the pick up and drop off from heathrow, even though the hotel is located right outside the airport. I also expected breakfast to be included in the rate for all rooms, but was surprised that it wasn't. I would therefore rate the facilities as being very poor. It just seems cheap to charge for WiFi, and you would expect a hotel like the Sheraton to include breakfast and a drop off facility in the room rate. January 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good Heathrow Hotel This was our first visit to this hotel. My platinum elite status got us an upgraded room, free Internet and access to the lounge. Breakfast in the lounge was quite good for a lounge breakfast (one of the better Sheraton lounge breakfasts, including eggs & breakfast meats). Bed, linen and shower all were fine. Proximity to airport was good, and the Heathrow-Hoppa shuttle service (@ £4 ($6.40)/person each way) was fast, frequent and reliable. It was perfect for our needs and we would stay there again. Rated 5 out of 5 by The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport for an easy transfer on the hoppa bus The hotel is close to the airport and a short bus ride away from the Hatton Cross tube station. You can pick up the local bus outside the hotel and it will take you to the tube station free of charge. There you can pick up the piccadilly line and go downtown. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and a Mcdonalds not far down the road. We enjoyed our stay. For the price we will stay here again. January 21, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dated and not worth SPG category I would have thought that the extra SPG category compared to the alternative Heathrow Sheraton would indicate that this hotel was something special (especially considering the Sheraton brand). Instead I was very disappointed to find that the hotel rooms were very dated (is you like 80s decor you'll be fine) and had appalling air con which left us roasting all night and required an engineer to tweak and depressurise? The staff were friendly and helpful but I would certainly not book again. January 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful Heathrow Airport Great Heathrow Airport, close by. Also there is a nice and free shuttle from the Hotel to the Underground tube. No issue taking the shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel... It was running per the Schedule from T-5 Approx 45 -50 min away from Central London via the Underground. Enjoyed the room's desk with an international power strip to handle all type of power plugs.. Prompt check in service for SPG members Will stay here again... Club floor and lounge was nice as well January 1, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent place for a quick overnight before leaving London Location was fairly easy to find, just remember there are two Sheraton hotels at Heathrow. Parking was tight and mostly on the back side of the hotel, expect a long walk back to the front in the rainy London weather. there is no access to the hotel from the mostly rear parking lot. The room service food quality is below the general SPG experience. Also we had to call back each time we ordered for missing items specifically requested. December 29, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hot water issue When I arrived I had no hot water. Note that I am there in December. I arrived in the early am hours because of a red eye flight. There was no letter under my door, nor the person that checked me in had advised me that there is an issue with a hot water. One thing, if the water is cold room temperature, but this was ice cold. An hour before my departure I was advised by the front desk that the engineers are working on it. Bad experience. December 25, 2012
