1) The conference facilities are good
2) The gym is too small and the pool is redundant
3) Rooms / hallways / lifts are starting to feel pretty old
But, it was not expensive.......

Great hotel, friendly staff and good location. I have stayed one night for business and the garden grill restaurant was superb as the food was delicious.
This hotel is a repeat.

All above my expectations but the room offered was a long walk for two elderly guests and chairs in the room would have added a lot . Staff attention to detail was first class.

The concierge was extremely helpful. The front desk however on 2 separate occasions I felt that they were trying to ignore me. Don't feel like they took my opinion seriously.

It is good hotel with very friendly staff.. Room and bathroom was very clean. Restaurants could be open a little bit longer. Beside this I would strongly recomend this hotel.

When we first arrived at the hotel the staff member that checked us in was unfriendly and unhelpful. Upon checkin we requested a late checkout of 4pm as our flight wasn't until the early evening and we wanted to get some sleep before the long haul flight ahead. We were assured that this was fine, and that a 10 euro an hour fee would apply for every hour stayed after the noon checkout time. This was fine with us and we asked for it to be added to our room bill. The next afternoon between midday and 3pm we were bothered by reception calling 3 times to tell us to checkout, reception has checked in another guest to our room who has walked into our room much to the uncomfort of us and himself, and we had housekeeping come into our room unannounced also. We have finally had enough and checked out at 3pm, where reception has argued with us about paying the late check out fee, and when they finally waived it, the staff member did not apologise or offer any explanation. This is a beautiful hotel, the food was amazing and the location convenient. However the staff were unprofessional and just plain rude. Would not recommend this hotel.

My second time at the Skyline Sheraton. My enthusiasm is unchanged. Consider this hotel when you are in London, especially when you arrive via Heathrow.

During our stay on the 11th March 2013 we found the appetizers in the Club Lounge during Happy Hour were a little bland compared to previous stays.

This was our second stay at the hotel within 5 weeks. On each occasion the rooms / general facility /comfort were above our expectations however there is a very serious problem with the poolside restaurant which can only lie at the door of the kitchen / chef and whihc lets down what is otherwise a very good hotel.
On each occasion there have been serious problems with the service (first occasion the wrong meal was delivered to my wife who then had to wait half an hour for the correct meal to be delivered. on this occasion all of my meal was at best luke warm but worst of all the portion of food that my wife received (sea bass) was miniscule. We complianed and were told that it was fine dining. IT WAS NOT. WE then also noticed another irate guest complaining about the same thing. It really is just not good enough. the piece of sea bass was less than 3 inches long, there was half a new potato cut into 3 slices and 2 asparagus tips. £25 !!! thankfully the waiter got us an extra portion of dessert to compensate but really we shouldnt have paid for the meal.
In addition to this the service for other guests was incredibly slow. The couple on the next table to us waited over half an hour for their main meal to arrive (as did we) - this was reminscent of our first visit.
