Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Hotel but Why is Everything So Expensive? I didn't expect much from an airport hotel but this was clean and plesant and the staff were efficient and friendly. I have to say though, that this was all let down massively by the hideous overpricing of food and beverages. The food and drink was decidedly average and insanely priced. No one likes being ripped off. December 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel Good recognition as Platinum member; always upgraded to Club floor. (Never been upgraded to suites but believe there aren't that many) Room is clean and comfortable beds. Club lounge has great spread of breakfast and evening drinks/snacks. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely choice of hotel in Heathrow area. May 12, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Close proximity to airport This hotel is in very close proximity to the airport and yet manages to be very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The food was good and reasonably priced. The wait staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an airport hotel. February 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Night stay before our flight to New York Quite an impersonal hotel. Not really family friendly just a business hotel. Could have done with a better cafe open all day. Waited for restaurant to open at 6 (there was a queue waiting to get in) but food (limited choice) was good. A comfortable room but kept banging my hip against the wooden foot of the bed. Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank you We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow. The hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport to make it easy departure in the early morning. Our one king bed room is very comfortable, and clean. Our dinner at Garden restaurant was great. All hotel staffs that we met were knowledgeable and helpful. May 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Airport Hotel - Par Excellence My regular Heathrow Airport hotel which I use not only for proximity to the airport but also as a base for visits to London. Comfortable rooms. Good professional staff who always provide good service with a smile.. Always recognised as an SPG Platinum member. May 13, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Just what was needed After a long flight (24 hours travel time) I couldn't have been made more welcome or given better assistance. Facilities at the hotel met all my expectations. The restaurant and adjacent sports bar provided good quality food & drinks and the staff were right on the job. Well done to all at Sheraton Skyline. September 24, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 Clean hotel I booked this hotel for the swimming pool as I have two children. As we arrived we found out that the main part of the swimming pool was closed due to an indian wedding. We were not informed so made this hotel a huge disappointment for myself and husband as our children were not happy. Clean rooms though. September 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A classical airport hotel Several stays already done to this property and although is much better than the other Starwood Heathrow property ,is still a classical airport hotel. Staff can be from very efficient to almost rude. Food is average. Front desk is like an industrial line of production. Housekeeping is quite efficient. July 1, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by good for airport proximity Room was well furnished and quiet. Lighting a little dim in the room . Hotel restaurant is only a sports bar - not conducive to quieter end-of-day dinner with big TVs on sports channels non-stop. Lobby Starbucks and nearby lounge seating are nice for breakfast if no time to enjoy to pool-atrium. January 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton stay Feb 2013 I stayed at the Sheraton Skyline in Feb 2013 at Heathrow airport. I regularly stay at this hotel when I go through London on business. It is very convienient to Heathrow airport (5-10 minutes), 45 minutes outside of downtown and has good in-hotel services. The rooms are clean and well kept also. March 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Usual High Standard I often stay at the Sheraton LHR on long transits through London and the hotel consistently delivers a high standard and great value for money. The restaurant now has a set menu for dinner as well as the a la carte....again great value. The staff are always efficient and helpful. Thank you! September 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Captain Very pleasant stay. Close to Heathrow airport. Could SPG make their door cards easier to read. How about making the arrow on the card bigger. No body's eye sight is getting better as we get older. June 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 Last Night in London After a lovely vacation in the UK, we wanted to spent our last night close to the airport. Having stayed at other Sheratons around the world, we expected this one to be great. But the shower stall was unacceptably small, the bed uncomfortable, and the doormen unhelpful. We won't be back. Rated 4 out of 5 by 1 night stay - Hotel provided a nice treat Overnight stay before visiting RHS Flower Show - Hampton Court. Not closest hotel - but pretty straight forward trip in the morning. Location just over 30 mins by car normally, for RHS expect delays on roads near the show - best to allow 45-50 mins. Room was very nicely presented/furnished, spacious and clean. Liked the king bed and quality sheets. Would prefer to have option of firm pillow. There was only 1 bathrobe in the room, yet booked for 2 people - this is a simple thing that could have been better. En-suite was spotless and stylishly presented. Considering Heathrow location we thought it may be noisy - it was not at all. Big disappointment to have shower over bath with shower curtain rather than screen (Sheraton in Bratislava has separate shower cubical which is better still). Having Starbucks facility inside Hotel was very useful - we used this in the evening on arrival. Staff could have been more attentive/professional. When checking out waited at "Gold members" queue where there were 2 members of staff (one with customer). The second staff member ignored us - then said we had to wait for the other staff person on the desk. As we waited another customer approached the "regular" customer area and was dealt with immediately by a new member of staff who appeared at that moment. Overall good - would use this location again. Rated 4 out of 5 by this hotel has great location We have stayed perviously at the Sheraton Skyline as we like the location for the terminals at Heathrow, the good room rates ,speed of checkin and the quality of the rooms and ease of secure car parking.Hopefully we will have the chance to stay again the next time we travel March 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great family hotel and location Sheraton Skyline hotel and hotel staff went above and beyond to make our family's stay very comfortable and memorable. We will definitely recommend this hotel and have already to all of our friends and family in California, looking to travel to London. We absolutely Loved this place! August 26, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Serviceable hotel - Aviod Hopa bus This hotel is serviceable for overnight stays near LHR. But considering the price per room and the poor service the Hopa bus provides (had to wait for 50 min at terminal 5) this hotel is at a disadvantage compared to hotels that are connected to a terminal or have their own shuttle. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Hotel Me and my family stayed for one night, but it was lovely, we were made to feel very welcome even in the resturant and the breakfast next day was lovely and fresh. We will stay again next time we fly as it was so close to airport, my son enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. May 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Peaceful stay We stayed one night at this location in order to catch a flight from T3 next morning. Despite its close proximity to one of the busiest airports in the World, we did not hear any noise from take-offs or landings nearby. Room was very comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful. Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Hotel and Service I was met at reception by extremely helpful efficient staff and this level of service remained throughout my stay. Checkout could not have been easier, this is important when there is a long flight in front of you and you just need to "get on" Overall a very good experience. June 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by One issue with the Pool I loved the hotel. Location is v good , we had 2 inter connecting rooms. Club Room access etc etc. The only slight negative comment i would make , is on the pool side of things, Where you would do with a sign to say step incline from 1.3m to 2.44m at 45 % angle !! Rated 5 out of 5 by Phenomenal Staff Make it a must stay Hotel is older but staff makes it one of the best Sheraton's to stay at period. Beds are perfect as expected in a Sheraton and the Club Lounge is great. Location is easy access to all Heathrow Terminals and if you like plane spotting the front 3rd floor rooms are for you. Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is convenient for early flight This hotel is clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was attentative. The location was perfect for an early United flight back to the US. The price we paid for the room was decent and there are food options in the hotel as well as other places close by. August 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Hotel and Service This is a very conveniently located hotel for travelers in and out of Heathrow and the service is excellent in every way. The staff is excellent and the concierge above and beyond the call of duty. I especially appreciated having the Starbucks cafe in the lobby. June 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice family hotel Booked by my 7 year old son who wanted to enjoy a weekend in a hotel with swimming pool. We all enjoyed the hospitality and the wonderful breakfast. Will return.Wife wanted me to bring back the beds as extremely comfortable. Will ask staff to send me the details . April 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good hotel and good location to airport We stayed overnight at the hotel on our way back to Canada. We had stayed at the Sheraton in Edinburgh during our trip and must say that the Skyline was much friendlier. Only negative comment was that ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu was very slow. June 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by If you have an early flight..this is the place The hotel was nice and convenient to London heathrow airport. The rates are good and the staff is friendly. I only stay at Starwood and this is one of the good ones. Check-in was fast, employees were helpful. Nice rooms. Wish it would provide free WIFI tho. August 13, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by 4 night stay Nice hotel with all the facilities and comfort you can expect. A bit disappointed about the noise level. Excellent double windows for the outside, but quite a lot of sound coming in from the corridor, you could literally follow people's conversations. December 17, 2012
