Rated 5 out of 5 by BillyPhilly Better than expected
I was greeted, and they switched me to the City View which was great. Clean, modern, fresh feeling hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by BigBill Disappointing, needs quite some work
Platinum status "upgraded to club", nothing else, not even asked if I'd like a double double bed v. King bed as hotel completely empty on a Wednesday (I stayed overnight to play golf next day). Was on Club floor, but Club not open and fully functional other than weekends. I missed "evening hors d'ordeuvre", ZERO morning food, not even a granola bar. Club had water, no soda, juice, etc. Espresso/cappuccino machine needed servicing - overdue according to LCD display. Containing milk product, I'm not brave enough to try and risk ruining my day with an upset stomach or worse. I expected that parking wasn't free with hotel although Tun Tavern Restaurant in hotel on site notes "Free parking across the street". Parking is in Convention Center and is a charge with valet being double. Bar in hotel was not open. Restaurant was not very good, steak undercooked and undercooked on return from kitchen to re-cook, "Filet" was tough sirloin, $3 Bernaise was tiny cup out of a bottle. Very disappointed in Restaurant.
Recommended for Convention Center.
Overall - not up to standards anywhere except standard Sheraton Bed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LivesInASuitcase Worst Sheraton Experience
I travel frequently for work, and I have to say that this is one of the worst Sheratons I've ever had the misfortune to stay at.
The room smelled of smoke covered up by cheap perfume. The telephone didn't work. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work. There was no wifi. The shower barely worked.
And the best part of all was that when I brought this all to the attention of the manager, he simply said "Sorry".
If I were Starwood, I would seriously consider removing the Sheraton name from this hotel. It's dragging down the brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Alex21666 Nice hotel, convenient to train.
Cabs here are expensive, so have a car if doing a lot of moving around the city. Staff was very accommodating, except the valet service. Slow and not up to par on my stay. They could have just been having a bad couple days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jamie21 Close to the train but that is the only positive
First room the toilet didn't work. But had a nice view. Second room they said had a view, sure did, of the highway, and the shower made this god awful noise every time we turned it on. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Had to call security because the people on our floor were so loud for well over 30 minutes. Cab fares from hotel to Boardwalk are ridiculous. Breakfast from the 2nd floor cafe was disgusting andn over priced. We had them remove the buffet and left. When I went down to ask the front desk a question on our 2nd day the lady at the desk, who's name I couldn't pronounce "told me to hold on that she was busy." The other lady helped the person behind me. Pay a little more and stay on the Boardwalk.
