My one quibble would be with the internet connectivity. Even when paying the per diem fee, connection was spotty and unreliable.

I stayed in the richmond tower and it is in need of renovation. But my double bed was the most comfortable bed i have slept in.

front desk staff very helpful and location is ideal for family. in my case i get three cards

The up and down button did not work on the TV and there were no washcloths in my room. The fan on the furnace made alot of noise.

the parking costs $ 55 per night and a car rental is only $35 how ridiculous is that

The rooms definitely need some upgrading. Furthermore, the rooms need more electrical outlets/plugs that are easily accessible.

cleanliness, polite and helpful staff,centrally located, the Sheraton remains my go-to Hotel in downtown Toronto!

I did not sleep during my 1 night stay due to the air climate control (new update?) as the room never got below 80 degrees.

After staying at the Sheraton for the past three years as part of the Executive of the largest student run youth advocacy organization in the country at our many conferences we've chosen to spend at the Sheraton, I have come to expect five star customer service.
This past weekend (May 8, 9, 10, 11th, 2014) was the most disappointing and ill managed weekend I've ever spent at this hotel. Not only were our room reservations incorrect after I confirmed our reservations with other staff, but the customer service manager (named Briana or Brianne) was the most disrespectful and arrogant agent I've ever encountered. After multiple issues with the room situation, she refused to accommodate us any further and indicated to us that it was basically not her problem to deal with. After settling with what was presented to us as the only option: a room we did not request, we went to the room to discover that the room in the Richmond tower absolutely stank, unbearably so. My partner and I went back down to request another room and Briana wouldn't even come out of the back room to speak with us or to acknowledge our disappointment, even after we requested her immediate presence outside at the front desk. It was truly aggravating and disrespectful for her to have put her other work in front of what is the most important part of her job: the customer. I've worked in customer service for the last 5 years and have come to an expectation of what is good customer service and what is poor. After hearing that I was not the only person who was disgusted with the hotel, their management, and their accommodations, I advised the other executives to never return to this hotel again, and to seek accommodations for our conference at a different hotel in Toronto where we have received better service. The executives indeed concluded that our concerns were valid and that they were equally as disappointed with the hotel.
I sincerely implore you to revisit your hiring standard, and to remind your staff that the customer truly does come first, no matter what.
I have never been more disappointed or disgusted with a hotel or its staff, specifically it's management members. I can promise you with confidence that I will never stay at this Sheraton hotel professionally or personally again in my life.

Met all my expectations. Shower drain was plugged. There was hair in the shower when I checked in. Very friendly staff.

We use this hotel whenever we stay in Toronto. It is conveniently located and we have never been dissapointed.
I was apprehensive at first as I was using my points for the first time (it was combination of points and cash). I was not sure how hotels look at the people "freeloading" with points.
I should not have been - within 1 minute of reaching the front desk, we were checked in early, upgraded to a 2 room suite (for more space) as we had a 3 year old son with us, our bed preference was changed as my wife decided at the last minute that she wants King instead of two beds and even offered late checkout as we were visiting new Toronto Aquarium in the morning.
Basically, amazing service, hotel with great location, great price, amazing staff... What else could one need? This hotel has been around for a while now and rooms show some age in the wall corners and bathrooms, but everything was perfectly clean, furniture and plumbing was all new...
Hotel is on the Path (underground pathways that connect all major buildings, shopping centres and attractions so that in the hot summer day or freezing winter day you never need to go outside to do anything).
