Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty good stay at the Sheraton I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for one night, over all I thought the hotel itself was very nice, great location and staff was very friendly, the one issue we had was with the food, we order in dinner and breakfast, spent about $150 in total room service, over all food was pretty bad, there were 3 of us in the room, I think in total we order 6-7 different items, none of which were good. Other than the experience with the food, I would definitely recommend this hotel. December 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Staff anywhere! I am a frequent guest at the Sheraton Centre and am always provided with excellent service....the reason I keep coming back each week. This past week however the exceptional staff went over and above, recognizing my birthday, naming me the Ambassador of the Day and overall giving me the royal treatment. All of the staff at this hotel make a great effort to ensure that their guests feel special. Truly amazing experience..... do not hesitate to book your stay here. Thank you Blesilda, Rocco, Aravind, Anita, Sam, Brian, Jeff....and all of your wonderful coworkers at the Front Desk, Guest Services and Club Lounge. November 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great stay (May 19th) This is one of the top choices of hotels where I stay in Toronto. The dedicated check-in and check-out counters for Gold and Platinum member guests are very effective in working with the most loyal customers. We were assigned a very nice Club floor room. Jack at front desk was very professional, effective and welcoming. Breakfast buffet at the Bistro on Two was great. Club lounge is very well equipped. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Rated 2 out of 5 by Inconsistent treatment for ALL Platinum guests In my humble opinion and my first hand observation, welcoming and upgrades for Platinum guests are very inconsistent, questionable. I arrived at hotel well passing 3pm the check in time, and the front desk person could not find me a club floor King bed room, which I booked. Instead I was given 3110 near the floor exit stair case, and I was privileged to door slamming sound all night long. And yet, another gold/plat guest was given a suite, I knew this since we were next to each other in the "preferred" check in line. Please be consistent on your treatment to your most loyal customers. Rated 4 out of 5 by Lost and found I would just like to say how impressed I am with the staff at your hotel. I was at a conference on the second floor of Fri Nov 21 and lost my black clutch with my ID, credit card and phone and cash inside. I got all the way back to Hamilton, called the lost and found who did not have it but Danny took my name and number and at 10pm that night he called me back to say it was turned in. Everything was there! I really thought that I would not see it again let alone have everything in it. I am very impressed! Thank you Danny and whoever turned it in :) Kristel November 24, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by poor service Check-in agent was less than enthusiastic. Room was never made up. Porter was not available when it was time to pick up my luggage. Room service slip had a large blank space labelled "Tip" just above the signature line, so I added a generous (close to 20%) tip. Realized afterwards that an 18% tip had already been included. Rated 1 out of 5 by The worst Hands down one of the worst experiences I have had at the Sheraton. I stay at this hotel at least twice a month on business. 1) Called room service 4x the night I got in, no answer 2) Shower was running and could not be shut off. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone, no one came then the desk called my room 5x each time asking if I was satisfied with the fix. I explained that noone came and they just kept saying they would send someone. 3) TV didn't work for the whole stay, they sent a technician, it flickered on. He said "Its the wind" then left the room with no explanation. Really this is unacceptable and a complete embarrassment to other SPG properties. August 14, 2014
