Family Plan Policy

Children 12 years of age and under sleep free in existing bedding when shared with a paying adult. A maximum of 2 children are allowed in Deluxe Rooms, Garden Access Rooms, Pool View Rooms and Pool Access Rooms. A maximum of 3 children are allowed in larger Executive Rooms, Towers Rooms, Towers Cabana and Suites. Rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Rated 4 out of 5 by It is a good hotel We couple spent one month here Good -If it is in the building of the tower , the sound of nature can be heard 'Twitter of birds . ,, Wind , etc.' -Full renovation -Tower lounge is great, Facility . Scenery and cuisine -The location of the hotel is good . ,, I simultaneously satisfy the shopping and nature Bad -The size of the hotel is small. ,So , the pool and garden is small -Vegetable salad that comes out at breakfast is not fresh -You do not have a set of tables on the terrace of 2-3 floor of the main building If you reserve Tower room , your stay will be happy March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by retraining of SPG guest greetings needed there were no welcome drink or cold towel upon arrival, even after I was informed about the late arrival. Was then realised that the self service welcome drink was disposition, not at the side entrance but the at the front of the receptionist and facing the back of the guests. Was not informed where my floor was, the direction of gym, restaurants, and no bell staff. There are other catergory 1 hotels in which SPG recognition is beyond the expectation. Request was sent out to meet up with the GM but no replied, and no representative ever for meeting. I was told that the GM was off during my visit. SO much for the superficial hospitality. breakfast was standard . No welcoming note in the room but was given a rotten grape, among other fruits, bathtub was not thoroughly clean with grime on the side of the tub when I sat on it. toothbrush was an inferior quality with bad brittle and handle broke into half after the first use.No offer of luggage assistence despite the fact that my floor has no lift to bring down the luggage. Van pick up was 15 minutes late by assuming I was having a breakfast, according to the driver. staff needs to be generally proactive in assisting the first time foreign visitor to ensure the memorable visit experience March 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good service of Duty Manager During my recent stay in Sheraton Bandung, one of the volcanoes erupted in the Java area. All flights were cancelled and it affected my departure. The duty manager, Mr Boma Prasetyo was very helpful in assisting me with making alternative arrangement; such as booking of land travel to Jakarta to catch a flight there. Moreover, he offered a complimentary room stay for a couple of hours while I waited for the pickup. Boma was very professional and patience. Well done! February 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Our kids are lovin this hotel We had the pool-access room type and love our room as it's exactly by the kids pool. It's just a bit about the room cleanliness issues :( The private terrace was dirty so that we need to put an extra mat to prevent the dirt from going into the room after swimming. It would better if the terrace was tiled maybe :D There was a flying cocroach in the room and I found a dirty men-undies below the extra pillow in the bathroom LOL. The great thing is that the staff were so quick in resolving the matters so we really appreciate it :) All in all, love the Hotel (eventhough it's a bit old) & service was great. July 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great room, very friendly staff Have stayed >5 times in this hotel, really love the tower room which is spacious and also have club/tower benefits including free evening foods and breakfast. All staff are friendly, some of them even remember us and our little daughter :) Wonder if I can meet the GM (Mr Masri) in our next visit just to share our thanks and experience? Also, just one very small thing I would suggest is to increase number of mineral water bottles provided in the room, which is only 2 (and small one). I remember other SPG hotels usually provide 4-6 mineral water bottles (and medium ones) August 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great new renovation .Parking lot need more spaces, specially during weekend. . Bell men, Greater, Valley Parker, need more attention when stand by at drop off lobby, great the guests not because guests ride expensive or cheap car. or not because white or brown skin color. .F&B staff need more training about what is SPG member benefit. and any other Promotion. We love the food we ordered, but no standard on presentation. and waiter by the pool restaurant and room service waiter refused to use our SPG card member for our Point. Room service waiter said sorry we don't do SPG at room order. But Front desk agent at the tower fix it for us in the next morning. .Front Office Staff, has very good knowledge and personality. . Housekeeping staff, no standard on amenities for bathroom and pantry. and one of our water goblet glass are dirty from first day until our last day. no signed for door or bed. over all, we love our room, and has a great time during cocktail time. thank you for making our stay at sheraton bandung, was wonderful. Rated 3 out of 5 by Ordinary Stay Hotel is still under renovation without advance notification during the reervation. Gym facilities and restaurant are not ready. Front desk staff was efficient. Luggage was delivered on time. Not many choices on breakfast and the restaurant staff were very confused in serving guests especially the one in egg corner. February 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed We had several great experiences in the various Starwood hotels in the region, but was disappointed that there was no indication that the hotel was under renovation. Generally the staff made up for the physical short-comings but Starwood MUST look into this unfortunate event!! February 5, 2014
